Advantages: clean, not crowded

Disadvantages: none

Birmingham Airport is in an ideal location for most people to get to, most people outside of London that is, the approach to the airport is easy, as is the parking. Plenty of ‘park and ride’ places if that’s what you want. The airport itself is easy going, pleasant, not crowded and well laid out. We found the staff there much less stressed than at busier places and consequentially more friendly with more time for the customer. The airport is modern and clean with good bus and taxi services. It has a good viewing area to watch the planes taking off and landing.
