Good conveniant regional airport (Bristol International Airport (BRS))
Member Name: tomprosser
Advantages: small, lots of destinations Disadvantages: not much to do in departures
Bristol Airport is located just south of Bristol and is a very convienant regional airport. The airport is serviced by a number of airlines and it has flights to a wide variety of locations in the UK, Europe and Worldwide. You can fly as far away as Cancun, The Gambia or New York. The main flights out of the airport tend to by budget flights like Easyjet to destinations in Europe. I have flown twice from this airport, once to Bratislava and once to Germany. I should note that i haven't flown at peak times, I've normally got the cheapest flight which means leaving at random times so i can't comment on what it is like when its crazily busy. Summary: good conveniant regional airport. |
