Some observation of the airport (Doha International Airport (DOH))

Advantages: Spacious and clean

Disadvantages: Long queue everywhere

This May I flied back from Shanghai and changed at Doha airport. The airport building is modern, bright and clean. Looking out of the window the scenery is wide and empty with tiny skyscrapers at the skyline. I stayed there for 2 hours and did not find anything uncomfortable. However, for those who are tight with transferring time, this airport may be a bit challenging. Before one could get on the next flight, there is 10 minutes shuttle bus to the other airport base and the security is packed with mountains of people, whose staff every now and then may bring some passengers in hurry to jump in front of queue. Although there are several toilet facilities at the same floor, each of them had extremely long queue! If you have to change at Qatar airport, it is better to leave yourself plenty of time otherwise it will be really nerve-racking when being stuck among lots of passengers. All in all, Qatar airport is still a nice place to start or finish a journey when you have spare time in hand.
