Glasgow airport is my first choice airport in Scotland. Has good bus service connecting Glasgow city centre and other areas of Glasgow with the airport although I tend to get a taxi. Once checked in, there is a good food court above the check in area. Recently flew from Glasgow international airport to London to go some place better. It's not the nicest airport in the world, i have seen better but it's the closest. Flew with Biritsh Airways , check in staff where not so friendly but the travelex people were friendly and very helpful. Shoppies where good , not that much variety. BAA own this airport. you can collect world points here, There is also places to eat and drink including cafe nero! some shops include travel shops , world duty free and stuff. Airlines that fly from here include: Faboulous British airways,Easyjet and Ryanair.Zoom airlines,bmi , Fly globespan, Emerates, ...

As someone living in Glasgow, you could probably image I use Glasgow Airport to travel abroad. Some flights are cheaper to fly from Glasgow than London. Also, some flights are cheaper to fly from London than than Glasgow. Some people don't care what the airports like, a flights a flight, take the cheapest option and go.
