Express Review on Glasgow International Airport (GLA)

As always, it's a pleasant experience using Parking4less. Their staff is friendly and courteous, and the service is expedient. If you're not sure where you're going, the drivers will answer any questions you may have regarding airlines, terminals, etc. The parking area is safe and quiet. It's great to know that your car is in good hands when you're away. On return, getting back to your vehicle at Glasgow Airport is a snap, which is especially welcome after a long trip! Parking4less really is a hassle-free alternative to the other companies. Check them out: http://www.parking4less.co.uk/.

Glasgow Internation Airport is an airport that I have always used and have taken for advantage but recently I had my wife's family flying up and I was to go and meet them at Glasgow airport (I don't drive). Premium Review Glasgow International Airport (GLA): One of the UK's top airports (373 words)

I live in Glasgow but visit London at least once a month meaning I regularly use Glasgow Airport. I also fly internationally about once a year from this airport too. Glasgow airport is my favourite UK airport due to it's easy accessability. The airport is a 20 minute £4 bus journey from Glasgow city centre with discounts for students. These shuttle buses, known as the Glasgow Flyer, run up to every 10 minutes to and from the airport. Due to the terrorist attack on the airport no transport with the exception of these buses can access the main terminal meaning the bus really is your best option. There is also talks of linking the airport to the city centre via a ...  Read the complete review

I wanted to do a review of Glasgow Airport for two reasons. Firstly an intensely personal one because on 30th June 2007 when two terrorists attempted to bomb the terminal I should have been sitting in the coffee shop waiting to check in to board a flight to the Outer Hebrides. The very coffee shop right at the international arrivals where the incident occurred. I wasn't only because I had to change my plans at the last minute to drive as I had to collect some of my daughter's university possessions on the way to North Uist so had decided to catch the ferry instead. As it happened I was caught in the traffic queue on the approach roads past the airport just after the ...  Read the complete review

Glasgow Airport is the best airport in Scotland, even though I live near Inverness I always choose to travel from Glasgow rather than any other Airport in Scotland. There is hotels next to the airport which is good so you can travel down and stay right next to the airport overnight then you don't have far to go to get your flight. The airport itself has plenty of shops and a food court when you check in so you'll never be bored whilst waiting for your flight, there is something for everyong when it comes to getting something to eat as well. I love the set out of this airport it would be near impossible to get lost in here. The staff are always willing to help you in here ...  Read the complete review
