Disadvantages: small airport

in my opinion this is quite a small airport i travelled out of here when i was going to barcelona i thought it was too small and not alot to keep you occuppied. however you find that most flights going from liverpool airport seem to be a lot cheaper than other airports in the uk so if you can get there to travel you could end up saving yourself quite a lot of money. which is worthwhile. quite a lot of low cost airlines fly from liverpool which does definately save you some money. although there are not many shops to browse through the staff in this airport were very friendly. i found the departure lounge quite comfortable however it was not very big quite a lot of people were left sitting on the floor and when i was flying it wasnt exactly a peak time of year so it would probably be bedlam in the main summer season
