London Luton is a horrible airport. I'm surprised it's not famous for it's major hold ups. They always have problems with car parking. The staff at the airport are very unhelpful. Information desks always seem to be empty and in the unlikely event of a member of staff going to an information desk, they always seem to be puzzled as to why peope are queuing there. The queues are way too long, I was queuing for security at Luton for neary an hour. For an airport that size you would think you would get a large amount of shops, but you don't. There are not many at all and they are overpriced. The toilets at the airport were really dirty so I'd rather use a toilet on the plane. Getting to the airport from the M1 is atrocious and there are always traffic problems caused by the airport. They now make people pay £1 to drop off somebody. People probably don't like to ask people for a lift to the airport beacuse they have to pay. I've flown from this airport twice and both times were a nasty, horrible experience. I will never use this airport again and I don't recommend it. I'd rather travel further to use Stansted!

Summary: Luton is an airport you should avoid. Even if it means travelling further to another airport!
