Luton Airport gets a "tries hard " rating but is truly a mess! There are some positive improvements being made but the long queues at security with long tapes separating a long snake of a queue is appaling! The same happens at immigration on return. The builings are effectively sheds and look utilitarian but that is acceptable if wll planned but the long walk to the plane and stairs cannot be described as easy access for the disabled!
The car parking is poorly signed and the road acces from the M1 is never quite finished.
This airport gets a low star rating as it is well below the much higher standards now being achieved by other European Airports.

Whenever I can choose a flight from Easyjet from Luton., I select it because I work within walking distance of Farringdon Tube Station. I take the train to Luton from Farringdon. All things considered generally, Luton Airport is pretty much fit for purpose.
