The first time you visit hear the men playing the drums etc will never fail to raise a smile esppecially if you see them running from arrivals to the depatures.
ON arrival at the airport you will be charged $10 the tourist card form is quick and easy to fill in. This can be done before you go if you wish.Note they require $10 note in each passport. Once through securty collect your cases then its straight outside ! The heat will hit you and there will plenty of taxi drivers around tour reps will be ther and finding you coach isnt to hard just a quick walk over road. So all in all arriving in POP is quick and easy.
Leaving though is not so nice have $20 in each passport you made need it depending on who you have booked with!
Once you step off the coach you are in check in which is very rarely packed out through security and then you are in Duty free to be honest I would give this a miss its not very well laid out its not very big and it gets hot and stick plus on the downside its not cheap !There is a pizza place whener you can get something to eat and drink which isnt too bad. Once in depatures there is very little there, toilets are clean and plenty of place to sit and watch the planes. You can get drinks etc but again expensive. Dont be put off by the not so good duty free id just purchase what you can on the flight. Do however where loose comfy clothing wheb traveling to and from the dominic
