Very clean, fairly comfortable, good amenities and quite decent free port stores...cigatette prices better than in the duty free shops in the states, airport staff friendly and efficient, especially in the customs and immigration area. I forgot my digital camera inside the plane and realized it when I was by the immigration counter and I was then escorted back to the plane by a dominican officer who went inside the plane with me and even helped me look for the camera. When we went back to the immigration counter he made sure I did not have to go back to the end of the line!
