Canon Pixma MP620:
... this printer from pc world for £120. Ignore the ridiculously convoluted set up guide and just turn the printer on. Had it connected wirelessly within seconds (this printer will work with windows 7, just download new drivers from canon). The printer has 2 paper feeds, one underneath for plain paper, and one at the back for photo paper. It takes 5 inks in total, 3 colours, a photo black, and a larger black f... Canon Pixma MP190 ... have just bought and finished installing this printer, so I have decided to share my views on it. I bought it at the local Tesco Extra, after some research I found that they offered it at the lowest price, at £30. I also got 10% as they only had the display one left in store. However, as I bought it in store I did not get free delivery and had to carry it the 2 miles home, something I wont recommend if your arms get tired easily. It comes in a large box, and is well packaged so it does not rattle about in the box. You are provided with the Pixma MP190 printer, 2 ink cartridges (one black and one colour), setup CD-ROM, Printed documents and a power cord. You will need t... Canon Pixma MP210 ... a very brief review from me as all of the other reviews have said how good it is (which I agree with...there is a BUT though!). I picked this up when there was an offer on so the price of the printer ended up at around £20. A bargain. The ink isn t too badly priced around £15 which was half the price of Lexmark. The printer itself looks sleek, and it is quite large so needs a fair amount of space. I have had this printer for around 18 months and had no problems at all with it. The quality of the print for photographs is excellent and the ink lasts a fairly long time (much longer than the software that says "you need new ink" states anyway!). Anyway, I ... Canon Smartbase MPC200 Photo ... is an old printer and it shows. it was deisned to work on windows 98/ME and as such xp was an after thought and it takes ages and lots of faffing to install onto xp. I ve not tied it on vista or windows 7. The main problem with this is that every time you change the inks you need to check, clean and reset the nozzles and do a realignment of the print heads or two. Then having done that and recieiving a not too bad printout, you are warned that the ink is now low again! Even with all the aligning the photo prints are poor quality although text is as you would expect. the scaned images are fine on screen and email fine, the software that comes with it is ok, but ...
