Yes the printer is cheap, and it works well for the price, but it is very expensive to run.A pack of genuine black and colour ink cost more than the printer did, and they don't last very long. There are compatable ink cartridges available, but in most cases the printer won't recognise them.I am thinking of cutting my losses and buying an Epson printer for which compatable ink is cheap and readily available.

Ok firstly the one and only positive is the ease of setup. Didn;t take long. However now to the negatives.Build quality feels cheapYou cant scan wirelessly - You have to plug it in to your computer or use a memory card. i cant plug it in so i tried to use a memory card and it just freezes when you try and scan anything. Scanning doesn't work!Copies okprints okbut scanning is shocking!taking it back today!

During my time there i used all three functions - printing, scanning and copying, all of which worked perfectly ... Read the complete review

My mother, a nervous Silver Surfer, was in need of a new printer. Knowing her needs and requirements were limited I agreed to accompany her to PC World to make a purchase. She wanted to see the printers and wasn't keen on shopping online. We were fortunate to get a good sales rep, who understood her needs and didn't try and up-sell ... Read the complete review
