Brother DCP 8020 ... 50-page automatic document feeder, and 250-sheet paper capacity.

Coupled with uncompromising, up to 17-page per minute laser printing at up to 2400 x 600 dpi (HQ1200), the DCP-8020 is the right choice at the right price. Also included is a built-in 9600 x 9600 dpi interpolated resolution flatbed color scanner.

Both USB and parallel ports are standard allowing the DCP-8020 to work in both Windows and Mac environments.

i bought this printer about 6 months ago for my mother. i was just looking for a simple to use printer that did the 3 in one. printer scanner and copyer. It seems like a decent printer you can plug cameras and memory cards straight into the printer and it has a little display scrren at the front so you don't even need to use your laptop. Personal i did'nt find this as a great advantage because i like to get all my printing done form the computer so i can view the pictures properly before printing. As for ik it caragies it takes singles so you don't have to buy a full set like in some printer. I can't really find anything wrong with it i just dont like it, it looks bulky and big and awkward. ...

My dad bought this as the family printer, no doubt with saving money in mind. It took a while to set up because it doesn't come with a usb cable that is essential for it's use. but other then that it is pretty straight forward, you just plug it in and install the software. this is an okay printer not very special at all, the print quality is okay for just plain text documents. But the moment you start Printing things with colour you'll notice how dull it all comes out. photo printing however (on photo inkjet paper) is surprisingly not bad. Scanning anything with this printer is absolutely abysmal, everything just comes out blurry even simple black and white ...
