i bought this printer about 6 months ago for my mother. i was just looking for a simple to use printer that did the 3 in one. printer scanner and copyer. It seems like a decent printer you can plug cameras and memory cards straight into the printer and it has a little display scrren at the front so you don't even need to use your laptop. Personal i did'nt find this as a great advantage because i like to get all my printing done form the computer so i can view the pictures properly before printing. As for ik it caragies it takes singles so you don't have to buy a full set like in some printer. I can't really find anything wrong with it i just dont like it, it looks bulky and big and awkward. ...

I notice that this printer is still available so it is worthy of a review. I have had mine for over two years now, I can't comment on the original price as it was given as a Christmas present, but I think that the £69 on Amazon at the moment is a bit pricey. If it can be found at around the £30 mark it's a good deal. What it is ````````` The printer comes with a booklet and the driver software (not a furry steering wheel cover) but does not include the printer cable, these can be bought separately, and mine cost a couple of quid from eBay. I bought this printer around 3 or 4 years ago for approximately £60-70. For me the software installation was quite quick given that it installs paper port software (scanning software) before the printer driver and the total amound of hard disk memory used is just slightly over 300MB's. This printer consists of both a page and flat bed scanner and while i was perfectly happy with the documents canned i was some what concerned with those on the flatbed where pages from magazines and books are the likely uses. At times i found that the scanner often had a shadow when i have scanned thicker items, such as text books. The printer itself is 33x36x16cm - a bit chunky, but still ...
