Intelligent send functionality allows you to scan in color and black and white documents, and convert them to JPG, PDF or TIFF format. Then you can instantly forward them to email addresses, FTP sites, databases or iFax. PDFs can also be compressed by 90% so transmission is fast with no loss in quality.

Print with outstanding clarity at 20 pages per minute and up to 1, 200 dpi. Produce double sided and stapled reports using the optional internal finishing device. Productivity can be enhanced further with an additional tray to separate printed and copied output. Alternatively, an inner two-way tray for non-stapled collation can be incorporated for maximum versatility.

The compact iR2020i can cope with some big challenges. You can choose additional paper up to 1, 080 sheets catering for paper sizes up to A3. Document finishing can be handled internally so the device can more easily fit into small office spaces.
