The Epson Stylus DX3800 is a great multi purpose printer, I run my own business and use the printer to make brochures and they are really good quality.
The printer can also be used as a photocopier and a scanner so its great value for money.
The pit falls are that it is quite big and only just fits into my computer desk, so always check the size before you buy, and it is very very slow but the quality is so good it is worth the wait.
On a whole I think the printer is a great addition to any home or office, mine has never given me any problems (touch wood) its only problem really is the time it takes to do anything. But if you can put up with that it's a great printer

ink can be readily obtained on the internet, i pay £40 for two of each colours and they do last quite a while thoughi couldn't say how long exactly.)

Summary: not bad if your not in a hurry
