After much deliberation the printer I eventually choice was the Epson DX4450. Once I got it home and unpacked it, I set about connecting it to me computer expecting the process to take quite a while. The Epson Stylus DX 4400 3 in 1 printer copier and fax is a great entry level printer for the student or family. I picked mine up from a supermarket chain for a good price of £25 about 5 months ago.I have used Epson printers for years and needed a new one as the heads on my old one finally gave up. Yes the black ink seems to run out very quickly, only after 2 weeks of intermediate printing I had to buy one. The official inks made a bit of a dent in the old wallet at nearly £23 for three colours and one black.
