Great everyday printer (Epson Stylus DX4450)

Advantages: Good quality, cheap cartridges, simple to use

Disadvantages: Bad software, very slow

I bought this at the end of last year and although i was originally going to buy a different printer ihad already decided it was going to be an Epson. This was on offer at £30 and although i didn't need an all-in one particularly as it was ny first ever printer i snapped it up. Bit bulky for my box room but that's not a major problem. I don't deal with setting up technology very well so there were a few problems butother than that it was pretty easy. I don't ever use the software on the computer for it as it confuses me andisn't that clear to use. Prints good quality even if it is a bit slow i can leave it to print while doing something else, though may annoy people who sit waiting for it. Changing ink cartridges was dead easy and the Epson ones are really cheap. Used the scannerforthe first time yesterday and was so easy to use and worked well for what i needed it for. Everything else is dead easy like loading paper and all that. Altogether a great everyday printer if you don't print out tons and are patient. The onlyproblem i (thought!) i had was the printer had stoppedworking. Turns out the wire at the back had come out! Noticed that doesn't stay in very well.
