Advantages: Simple to use, compact, multi function, good price

This Hewlett Packard 4280 all in one printer, scanner and copier is easy to use and comes with the software to get you started quickly. Simply connect up the USB printer cable to your PC or laptop, load on the software and you're ready to go. The scanner function allows you to scan and save documents into you computer and add them to other documents or upload onto the internet. The copy function is like an office copier meaning that you can copy documents or photographs straight onto paper. The printing quality is pretty good and it is a very reasonably priced piece of computer equipment. It is however difficult to get hold of the ink that this printer requires. It is not available in th supermarkets unlike some other printers, so you may well have to pay a little extra from specialised shops or electrical stores. Copies and printing can be done in black and white or colour at the touch of a buttom. Its compact size makes it ideal for a home office space, saving you having more than one piece of equipment.
