We needed a new printer when the old one broke down under the weight of our son's science project. Not being a techie, I looked for one which had reviews of being easy to use and easy to install. This fit the bill and I was able to find it at a reasonable price.
Easy to install? Very - took minutes using the easy to follow instructions, before it was upp and running.
I liked the photo slots so that you don't need to go through a computer to view and rpint your photos. My so, wants to create his own compilation CDs, so the CD printer is useful, though it took us while to get the hang of it (At age 11, he is probably more knowledgeable about computers than I am !).
Overall, very pleased with the printer, which produces prints at a good rate. No real issues except we have it telling us that there is a paper-jam, when there isn't, so we have the pull the paper out and back in to get it to print. Also, it does seem to take a long time to warm up and start printing, but so far that hasn't been a major problem.
I would recommend this printer.
