HP Photosmart C8180 All-in-One

When I first saw the HP photosmart C8180 All in One I thought that it had all I wanted and more. The price seemed a bit prohibitive but on closer inspection there was an offer of £100 for my old printer! So I bought it and have been very impressed. The picture quality is superb and it can be used with or without a computer. It will edit, print to paper, save to cd, dvd and then using lightscribe add writing or images to disc. Print Quality - The print quality on paper is as you would expect after paying this much for a printer. However, it really excels when it comes to printing photos. It has a special slot for standard sized photo paper and the quality of these photos is equal if not better than taking it to one of the photo printing kiosks. Features - It can scan directly to a USB stick which is great if you need to get photos into documents. This is an excellent home office/small office printer (if a little over complex for an office). A word of warning, the fax capability has been dropped in this generation of printers, but the other advantages outweigh this. Print quality is excellent, both at fast speeds and for photos. Connection is easy via ethernet, USB or bluetooth although I did find the bluetooth connection a little troublesome at times and not as quick as the USB. However, if you wish to use a laptop in your lounge or dining room and want to keep the printer in a fixed location, the bluetooth is great.
