Fantastic. Im going to get any issues out of the way first. When you put to much paper in, it jammed. thats it. I bought it as the all-in-one it claims to be and have had no complaints. The photocopying is well above what I need as is the scanning. It can take photo paper, excellent for use on my Nikon D200. You can decide whether to photocopy black or colour. Easy options. No mucking around. The two lights telling you if you need paper or ink are clear when on but you don't notice the text unless on. An excellent feature is the fit to page. If your object doesn't quite fit, it will magnify or shrink it to fit one page. Assosciated with this is the 100% when it takesthe real object, no matter how large or small and leaves it alone. When my computer froze, it jammed. I neede the document quickly so I cancelled on the machine. Brilliant! All in all an excellent all in one.

Summary: I bought one for my own use, not just to test. It was intuitive and reliable
