After my Epson Stylus C42 colour inkjet printer had given in and due to a computer upgrade my old scanner didn't seem to get along with Windows XP (as many people/things don't. I suppose its just like in summer when people wear sandles AND socks. Cringe. Ashamed to be the same nationality as them. Its not the Labour government that brings this country down, its the SAS [Socks and Sandals])) I was in need of a new printer and scanner. I took a look at the usual suspects, another Epson printer and probably an Epson or Visioneer scanner. Pricing them up, I knew I was looking at a bill of sixty to eighty pints of Stella (one fifty to two hundred quid). ... Read the complete review

I?m sure those of you familiar with my writing will know I?m not a serious person nor technical minded. Computing is no exclusion. In my opinion a computer is a necessity and certainly not something I get excited about! I have a very basic home computing set up and earlier this year I had a couple of printer disasters, my trusty Canon Bubblejet packed up (Folks it was 8 years old!) and Andy?s Epson decided to no longer accept paper, this all happened in my first week of starting my home business! So what do you do? I don?t rate PC World but when in a hurry without time to shop around or do your homework it?s your best bet, guaranteed! Knowing the nature of my ... Read the complete review

N.B. This is a review of the 1215 rather than the 1210 but I believe it is virtually the same. The instruction manual says it is for the "1200 series" and makes no distinction between the different models. Introduction ========== I'd wanted to have a printer-scanner for a long time but as nobody had written drivers for them on RISC OS (the operating system I prefer to use) I had been unable to get one. However, one day we got a phone call from a friend who worked in Somerfield. They had a special computer deal which provided the complete package (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, all-in-one printer, and software) and it would only cost ... Read the complete review

After returning to university in January I bought myself my laptop but at the time declined the offer of a printer. The theory behind this was that as a ?slightly? mature student, I planned to be very conscientious and have all of my course work done and dusted well before they were due in so I would have time to go into the Uni library and print my work off on the printers there. Unfortunately, this plan fell by the wayside in about week three of the term and found myself at 3am the night before an essay was due in manically driving over to my friends house to print my masterpiece! So, off to PC World I trotted. I tried my best to go and buy a basic ... Read the complete review

Ok...my fiance had an old epson stylus printer and due to a heavy workload and a degree course coming up we decided that an upgrade was necessary. So we trawled througth websites looking for that great deal..the one where we could get something for nothing.....alas we did not find one so it was on to dabs to try and find a GOOD make for a GOOD price in the end we settled for this... Now i could go into all the specs on this but you are all intelligent people and all you need to do is read the product review...so what am i doing here. I am going to tell you the basics...the bits you need to know. 1. This product is very good value for money, scanner photo quality ... Read the complete review
