I have this printer and I find it very effiecient. Maybe sometimes in a hurry I pull the paper out of the printer and there is a paper jam but otherwise nothing has ever happened except running out of ink. This printer is an all-in-one so basically it prints documents from your computer, it scans document and then you can edit them and it also photocopys them. The scanning and photocopying takes about a minute for it to scan the image. It prints images very well almost a true copy and although it uses a lot of ink with the printer, they supply you with a pack of photo paper which makes your images look professional. There is a little 2 inch screen on the printer, which shows you what the printer is doing. There a little slot for sd, xd and two other memory cards. There is also a usb port for printer your images straight to the printer and you don't need your computer connected.
