Advantages: Looks attractive

Disadvantages: Expensive ink cartridges, no usb lead, faulty software, poor after sales service/tech support

It looks pretty, it has an attractive price but you will do better buying another brand.
First off, when you open the box and start to set it up you find the required USB lead is not supplied and of course it's not a standard one.
Sooner than expected the number 17 & 27 cartridges supplied will use up the ink, it's then you find out it's probably cheaper to buy a new printer than purchase the replacement high yield number 16 & 26 cartridges.
If the printer is not in constant daily use, the print heads soon dry up and require purging with damp tissue to get them working again.
My installation CD was corrupt requiring a download to get it working. Faxing has never worked and Lexmark technical support require payment of £15 via credit card before assisting.
The only good point about this item is the scanner.

Summary: Attractive price but in reality its false economy, pay the extra for a quality brand.
