... pretty good, thou I wouldn't recommend it as a photo printer, if u are using refills or compatibles then the quality is slightly worse but not that noticeable. Now cost of cartridges :/ this is where for me the printer has its major downfall. Colour Lexmark are around £30 and black are not much cheaper at around £25. Compatibles are only about £5 cheaper, so it is worth spending that extra £5 for the better print quality. Low printer prices have made the Lexmark X75 PrinTrio unit a bargain well what I class as a bargain, it cost me around £50inc delivery and 2 cartridges which cost about the same as this. It copies, scans, and prints, hence the name PrinTrio. This Lexmark does what it says on the tin lol. Including printing at 2,400 by 1,200 dpi resolution at speeds up to 11 PPM in black, and 6 PPM in colour, one-touch 48 bit scanning and one-touch colour copying. Note, the printer needs to be attached to the computer and the computer needs to be on for it to work as a copier. A good thing about this "printer" is the design of the product. It is compact. We bought this to replace our old and worn out Canon S200. Simply took the printer out of the box remove packaging and installed the cartridges, connected to the PC powered up andwithin 5 minutes we were up and running. This printer prints at 2400x1200 dpi giving photo quality prints although it can be a little slow when printing in colour. The lexmark all in one software is extremely easy to use for copying, scanning etc. But it is also very helpful if you every need help with technical problems. When we decided to upgrade our computer last month, we decided that we would get a new printer and scanner to go with it, to replace our brick of a scanner and somewhat smaller Lexmark Z12. We decided to buy from Dell.co.uk and chose the Lexmark X75, partly because we have a Lexmark Z12 and have had no problems with it and partly due to the price and partly because being an All-in-one saves space on the computer desk.
