This machine should be a saving grace for the office.... however, the machine gets easily hung up on non-standard print jobs, which causes remaining print jobs in the queue to remain in limbo until the problem is fixed. In a financial workplace, where printer training for employees is not on par with xerox repairmen, and time is money, this can be horribly frustrating. Lately, the machine has decided to send faxes only when it wants to. Additionally, this thing jams at least once a day if not multiple times. Xerox techs point to worn out rollers in the print trays - the machine is barely 3 months old!!!! I want my old low tech machine back, at least it was ... Read the complete review
