on par with Xerox repairmen, and time is money, this can be horribly frustrating. Lately, the machine has decided to send faxes only when it wants to. Additionally, this thing jams at least once a day if not multiple times. Xerox techs point to worn out rollers in the print trays - the machine is barely 3 months old!!!! I ...
