As you can probably tell this opinion is not about an amiga game but a film called Akira this is only because I did not notice until after I had written it please rate this as if it was in films cheers. It's not a cartoon it's an animated movie can't you tell the difference? This epic is the definitive manga film for all us westerners who can't seem to understand the japaninmation. This was the film which jumped manga from kids TV to sophisticated adult "proper movies". In this movie the year is 2019 30 years after tokyo was destroyed by an atomic bomb in WWIII.
