As an ex member of staff for this game, I'd like to attest that this game is complete, utter rubbish. As many people have echoed, there is very little to do. You do your little gym workout every day. You battle. If you're not online at reset (7 AM GMT), good luck finding targets - as you probably won't, unless you spend the next 10 hours or so refreshing the battle page continuously. Fun? The technical format looks as if it has potential, but the implementation is chaotic, a condition echoed by the players. To paraphrase another player, this game is like a gaggle of "14-year-old boys raging at the machine." Profanity, invectives, opinions qualified with phrases like "you're stupid," dominate the message boards, sprinkled with "getting high" stories and adolescent sexual fantasies and commentaries.
