Advantages: Can play on your own, great fun even if your a rubbish drawer!

Disadvantages: Can eat up whole chunks of your day!

I first started playing Isketch several years ago although i cannot remember how i found the site, i think it was recommended to me by an online friend.

I then seemed to forget the site existed until the other day when my boyfriend mentioned it and i have been playing daily since then.

Isketch is a free online pictionary game where you play in a room with up to 10 players, you each take it in turns to draw using your mouse and a paint type application, people then guess what you are drawing in a chat box and you score points for each player that guess what you have drawn and you get points for guessing what the drawing is, if you are first to get it you get 10points; the slower you guess the less points you get.

You can skip your round if you don't feel you can draw the word but i like to try and have a go anyway, you can give the other players three hints as to what you are drawing, giving them how many letters the word is and also the first two letters of the word.

You don't need to be a member of the site to play which means no logging in or emails from them, you just pick a name and start playing, you can also chat to the other players in a chat box underneath the game.

You can play in your own room if you have a group of friends who you play with regularly, they are normal chat rooms on the site too.

I have seen some adult rooms so be careful letting children play unsupervised.

Plus if you win you get a lovely firework display in the paint box with your name flashing!

Its a great way to waste some time but its quite addictive so keep an eye on the clock or you could be playing all day!
