(NOTE: This is a review of the modification "Quake 3 Fortress", but because there isn't a specific category for this (yet!) I've put it in the Quake 3 Arena section for now) No apologies... this is a big review, 'cos it's a game I *really* love. If you don't want to sit through the game's history, skip down to the row of asterisks, which is where the main part of the review begins...
