Is it just me are there no new refreshing games only squel after sequel of the same game. This just shows how lazy and undaring all the developers are. Oh my god, i havent been this scared since The Exorcist. An utterly astounding follow up to resident evil, expanded and improved in every way. The graphics are top notch, again defying the relative age of the PSX and the sound effects are truly gut wrenching. As for the gameplay, well where do i begin ? As UB40 didn't sing. RE2 is a pretty scary game, the set pieces are very filmic, using classic movie ideas such as things jumping out at you, through windows etc. Play it with the lights off for maximum effect!
