Here's a quick fact. Did you know that Runescape can be written as Run-escape? Is it a coincidence? I doubt it. As an popular free mmorpg, one of the main attractions of this game is that you can build (and train) your own persona and interact with other real players in a virtual environment. Although there are many complaints from players about poor graphics, the 3D environment is still real enough (for me, personally) to believe that I am IN the virtual world. There are just some things in life that are very difficult to let go of. Runescape is one of them. Once you are on a Runescape hype, that's it, you may as well just accept that you like the game, because you will always go back to it. Take it from someone who has been an on and off Runescape player since 2003 - and counting!
