... ts hard to know where to begin with this, I will long be the person to say that Pro Evoloution Soccer 2008 is the best football game ever made on any system , and to find the best one before that you d have to go back in time , a long way back. Speedball 2 ... who has not played Speedball 2 is missing a major part of life. Of course, the people I am likely to be referring to are the under twenty-fives. The modern gaming audience who think "Chuckie Egg" is something there mum used to make and that "James Pond" is my spelling mistake. The premise is simple, a futuristic violent sport contact ball sport has been driven underground but has had a resurgence in popularity in 2105 thanks to a new team known as "Brutal Deluxe". Speedball ... was from british developers the bitmap brothers and is a lighting fast top down futuristic sports game. Its got a cool combat system and upgrades for your players, including armour steel gloves and a simple pick up and play gameplay feel. spedball and spedball 2 are alos available on mobile and wince devies. speedball sis a gret game wnd worht checking out if you like old skool arcade games with a bit of depth.... Speedball ... if age certs on games were around when this one first came out, it would have been an 18, for the graphics. The game is a cross between American football and a violent shoot em up and beat em up set in the future. this game leed the way for others The sound is flawless. Both the soundtrack, an electronic industrialized masterpiece, and the in game sound effects are superb. The clunk of the metallic ball with the metallic walls of the arena, the tackling, the fantastic announcer voice and the humorous voice that sells ice creams during the best replays, all contribute to a fantastic atmosphere that just oozes all over the frantic gameplay.
