underdog_78 Marshall MG15CD Guitar Amp: ... of the biggest names in amps release for the home budget market. Even to non musicians Marshall amps are easily recognised, built on a legacy of the 60s and 70s they can now be found at any level in the market. So here we have the lower end of the market. What we get here is a 15 watt, solid state amp in that lovely black and gold finish. It s a two channel amp, which means you can switch from clean to over dr...

Caveat-Emptor Marshall MG15CD Guitar Amp
... GUITAR AMPLIFIER MG15CD -A guitarist s review. Marshall is (along with Fender) possible the most famous guitar amplifier manufacturer of all time, with a list of endorsees who read like a who s who of rock legends. The name Marshall instantly conjures up an image of a huge valve head (guitar amplifier) stacked on top of 2 huge 4 by 12 cabs (guitar speaker cabs containing 4 12 inch speakers each) all emblazoned with the Marshall logo... This is all well and good, but for those of us who don t have a fortune to spend on gear, don t want to get an ASBO for being a noisy neighbor/ divorced/ an electricity bill in six figures -(delete where applicable lol!!) there ...

monkey_daz Arcam Delta 290
... is possibly the greatest amplifer that Arcam ever made. Forget digital technology and plastic cases. This is an analogue behemoth with all-metal contstruction and solid black-anodised Aluminium front panel. I bought one of these second hand 10 years ago and I think it was about 13 years old then! Well, it s still going strong and if you re considering buying one of these there are only a few places you can buy it; eBay, a friend/relative or perhaps through private adverts in Hi-Fi shops/magazines. The price will be around £100 second hand even today. The sound quality is... perfect. It manages to maintain incredibly deep bass while providing the fullest treble det...

Pass1 Trends Audio TA10.1 Class-T
... it came to the sound system for my room, the biggest concern (aside the quality) was space. My room is very small which, on one side constrains the size of the things I put in it, on the other it reduces the amount of power required to fill it with my favourite tunes. My head turned to Class-T amps, the rising star of "bang for your money neatly packed in a little case". At the time of my purchase there were 4 offerings: the T-Amp and Super T-AMP from Sonic Impact and the TA 10 and TA10.1 from Trends Audio. I read many reviews over the internet, each and every one of them praised the qualities of all four, but at the end of the day I settled with the Trend...
