Marshall MG15CD Guitar Amp ... GUITAR AMPLIFIER MG15CD -A guitarist s review. Marshall is (along with Fender) possible the most famous guitar amplifier manufacturer of all time, with a list of endorsees who read like a who s who of rock legends. The name Marshall instantly conjures up an image of a huge valve head (guitar amplifier) stacked on top of 2 huge 4 by 12 cabs (guitar speaker cabs containing 4 12 inch speakers each) all emblazoned with the Marshall logo... Arcam Delta 290 ... is possibly the greatest amplifer that Arcam ever made. Forget digital technology and plastic cases. This is an analogue behemoth with all-metal contstruction and solid black-anodised Aluminium front panel. I bought one of these second hand 10 years ago and I think it was about 13 years old then! Well, it s still going strong and if you re considering buying one of these there are only a few places you can buy it; eBay, a friend/relative or perhaps through private adverts in Hi-Fi shops/magazines. Trends Audio TA10.1 Class-T ... it came to the sound system for my room, the biggest concern (aside the quality) was space. My room is very small which, on one side constrains the size of the things I put in it, on the other it reduces the amount of power required to fill it with my favourite tunes. My head turned to Class-T amps, the rising star of "bang for your money neatly packed in a little case". At the time of my purchase there were 4 offerings: the T-Amp and Super T-AMP from Sonic Impact and the TA 10 and TA10.1 from Trends Audio.
