Just love it! (Anna Sui Mascara)

Advantages: Long last, great texture, great smells and easy to apply

Disadvantages: No volume

Nothing more exciting than trying new beauty products on the counter. When I ran out of mascara, I decided to try the new brand and see if I like it better than my usual. I decided to stop by Anna Sui cosmetic counter. The helpful sales in a glamorous uniform really gave me the chance to browse their products and answer all the questions I have. Looking of the nice packaging, it was a fun experience. Really.

THE MASCARA

As usual, I prefer to use waterproof mascara. The reason is simple, I dont wanna be bother thinking about my mascara during rainy days. Good thing, Anna Sui has waterproof mascara.

When I opened the box, it was a beautiful flowery box and looks so classic looking. Its kinda remind me of "my grandma's" but in a very feminine and glamorous way, so, I love it too.

The bottles is unique as well, it a bit chunkier than usual mascara, but the design is excquisite. Jet black with nice decorative texture and purple sign. On top of the mascara handle, there's a rose sculpture. Beautiful...beautiful.

THE TEXTURE

The texture is quiet light. Not too thick and not too watery either. Once you open it, you can smell the rose fragrance (I guess, most of Anna Sui's cometics smells like rose, fine by me, coz its great!). Nothing unusual with the brush, but I guess its a bit softer than others.

I can apply it easily, I like the way its makes my eye lashes looks like its linger than usual. But I was a bit dissapointed coz it doesn't add volume.

THE RESULT

Once I apply it, it gonna stay there for ages. I mean it. No matter how wet my face, the mascara still there until I remove it with eye make-up remover. So its really doing it job so well.

Basically, I like it. I mean...its not as I expected coz bo volume...but I like the rose smell, and the packaging (when I re-apply on the public restroom, lots of girls complement!). Will, I but again next time??? well, if the have waterproof vominizer mascara, I certainly will!

Summary: As a waterproof mascara, it really doing it job so well
