	Philips Elegance 66 ... telephone answering machine was a present to us but I wouldn't choose this type. I do really like the design of the phone, it's black and kind of sleek. It boasts several features: 14 minutes digital recording, a pre-recorded outgoing message, do not disturb function and more. I like the simple things in life i.e: I like it to be obvious which button to press to hear my messages etc. My biggest complaint about this machine is that is is just not self explanatory enough, there is no way of working out which button does what without referring to the instruction manual (which I can never find anyway!)For example, trying to record an outgoing message was fr... 	Audioline 925 ... regret that I cannot recommend this product. I have had it for about 7 months now and it just drives me to distraction. On the face of it there are many good features, but its one main flaw overshadows them all. It is a digital system, so it relies on there being a battery backup in the event of a power failure. This sounds easy enough, but when you actually put a new battery in, you find that within a matter of minutes it is showing the low battery warning. Once the low battery warning is showing, the slightest power interruption – including those so short you wouldn’t normally realise they have occurred – and you lose your outgoing message, all ... 	Swatch Record ... is the first answermachine I've ever owned and I reckon it's brilliant. You can get them in any colour and personally I chose blue, because that's my favourite colour. It's amazing the things that this little beauty has helped me to find out, for instance, only the other day I had a message from a Daniella who wanted to speak to me about double glazing. If I hadn't been given the Swatch Record for my birthday then I would never have known that! So, in conclusion, I must sy that the Swatch Record is a great piece of technologically advanced, voice recording equipment! I like Swatch watches too, isn't that a coincidence? ...
