Advantages: Nice smell, not bad packaging for a cheap brand, doesn't harm skin (well mine at all lol)

Disadvantages: Fragrance doesn't stay put as long as I'd like it to sadly

Topping up on my body spray collection last week I came across this priced at the small price of 47p and so picked up and one of the other varieties on offer (Cool Lilac, same price, same store brand) to try out. I am a massive fan of feeling fresh and fragrant and usually spend alot of money per week on this particular addiction of mine cos as a smoker (I know I know before you tell me of!!!f lol) I'm aware that I can smell like an ashtray and body-sprays just help me to disguise the smell a little for a freshen up and of course I like one's that are not only ok to wear on my body but also my clothes if possible. In my day handbag at the minute I have a couple of body sprays residing in their and use them regular when I'm out on the go!

The Packaging....

Bright pink aluminium, cylinder can with matching pink plastic almost transparent lid covering a white aerosol plastic spray push button at the top of it. In light pink and white writing on the front I'm told it's Asda 'Essential' Care Body Spray 'Hot Pink'. On the back of the can I'm told it is a 'Hot pink female body spray', ingredients and how to use it are given, cautions are given, contact details for Asda are there along with a cash back promise if your not entirely satisfied with the product (for any reason) are given, size is stated (as I've told you already) and finally there is a bar-code on there. It is nice enough packaging as it is colour co-ordinated and simple without screaming out for the world to know it's economy or anything like that!

A Bit About The Product According To The Back Of The Can....

For use all over the body
Leaves you feeling refreshed and fragranced.

How To Use It....

Shake can well. Hold can upright and spray lightly over the body from approximately 15cm.

My Experience Using It....

Simple to use...this really is. It sprays out as a wet, cool liquid but with no coloured residue and it dries in a minute or so (so I wouldn't feel happy to spray this on my clothes due to the liquid transference). Once on the skin you can't feel it at all, its none greasy, none sticky and certainly doesn't dry skin out so you basically spray and forget it's there.

Smell wise well I'd say it's a pink floral fragrance. Nothing distinctive but it's uplifting however still light, fresh and very feminine indeed. It has a fruity undertone to it which to me smells lightly of strawberries and the whole thing is a very warm, sweet and utterly charming and suitable really for any woman of any age to use. The initial smell is quite strong but after a few minutes it really does settle down calmly and stays delicately fragrancing the skin for about an hour or so though it isn't in your face smell wise and really is simply put...elegant.

Not the most hard working or long lasting of body sprays but it is easy to use, does smell very pleasant and does give a nice fresh feel to the body. For 47p I advise if your interested to give it a go. It's a nice, ladylike well blended fragrance and I like it alot!

Only available in Asda stores.

Summary: An ok day-to-day body spray!
