“ Brand: Boots Natural Collection / Type: Body Spray / Suitable for: Body „
This review is on the passion fruit natural collection spray. In my local boots this body spray is available in 4 different scents and they normally have offers on this 3 for 2 so £4 its normally in the isle next to where you would find moisturisers. The reason I like this spray is because it's just so handy to keep in your bag rather than a perfume bottle. The smell is so fresh and can definitely smell the fruity ness - the scent stays for a while too when I move I definitely get a whiff of it. This spray is definitely worth the money and is cheap to buy. The bottle is clear with a purple band across the bottom with text to advise what the product is. Its plastic with a pull of top and I've never found its came off as of yet and it doesn't leak either which is good.
Body sprays I buy for when I am staying indoors and not going out anywhere or for when I just pop to the shops for a few items and want to still smell nice but not having to use my more expensive perfume sprays. This brand is one which is cheap and a nice brand. The body spray comes inside a transparent plastic bottle and has a pump dispenser. It is a purple coloured liquid inside the bottle and what I like about this one is that I can see how much is left inside the bottle. The pump is very easy to press to release the spray onto the skin. Also has a removable top. It sprays a really nice even mist onto the body and it doesn't drip from the bottle while spraying it. You don't need to spray a lot of this product onto the skin and a little goes a very long way. It smells really nice too, has a really fruity smell but not a citrus fragrance, is quite a sweet smell too. The fragrance isn't too strong and not over powering, it is a kind of milder scent and quite light. It is in my opinion a spray you can wear during the day and after a shower, the smell is fresh and really pleasant. I find with this one the fragrance doesn't last quite as long as some other brands but it does last a good couple of hours before you need to top up. Not a problem for me because I generally top up during the day with body sprays because most of them don't last too long, unless it is a branded spray. This one is from Boots own brand and so a cheaper one and so the amount of time it lasts on the body is a fair amount of time in my opinion from this brand. Is a nice one to pop into a bag for topping up while outdoors, I think it is an idea spray for both the summer months and also the winter months, an all season body spray in my opinion. It is cheap enough to buy and only costs £2, I think it is worth this price in my opinion. A little goes a very long way and I think this one is suitable for all age groups and especially teenagers who are just starting out wanting to wear a nice body spray and one which will refresh their bodies when they have been to the gym at school etc. It dries really quickly on the skin and I use it on my arms, chest, legs and stomach area. It settles on my skin well and doesn't feel wet. I found it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and it hasn't caused any rashes, so all good with this spray and a joy to wear. I think if you are looking to buying a cheaper body spray and one which is sweet, fruity and light, this one would be more than suitable in my opinion. I love this range from Boots. It is a light mist and not a heavy spray, not too over powering. Nobody has ever told me I don't smell nice when I am wearing this one, so that's a nice thing to know that not only do I like it a lot and also I have had no nasty comments about me wearing a cheaper brand of body spray and o don't smell nice. A refreshing fragrance I can wear to pop to the shops and to wear around the home. I highly recommend this spray, cheap enough to buy with a nice pleasant, refreshing fragrance. I will definitely buy this one again in the future from this range. The range have lost of different fragrances and ones I am going to try real soon and hopefully will like them as much as I do this fragrance. You simply just cannot go wrong buying this body spray even though it is cheaper brand and I am very happy with the way it gives my body a nice fruity smell. Good quality product and in my opinion it is excellent value for the money. You cannot go wrong with this range of body spray. Also on Ciao under my username pinky50. Give this one 5 stars. Thank you for reading my review and I hope it has been of some help.
I actually adore this body spray. My first experience of natural collection sprays was a few years ago, a friend of mine gave me the ice musk one as a gift and though this one in my opinion is weakest of all the scents, I was rather pleased with the idea of a liquid body spray that wasn't in an aerosol container. This means that the spray doesn't irritate the skin as much as an aerosol does, so is quite gentle to apply. Natural Collection is well known as Boots' value brand and are consistently releasing products of high standard of quality, many of which exceed the price. These sprays are no exception at only £2 for 150ml which I believe is more than enough to last a long time. Even if you enjoy to continuously apply the spray throughout the day, a bottle could last you a few weeks and be replaced without breaking the bank. Passionfruit is my favourite scent of the lot, as the price allowed me to buy and test them all, this is the one I use daily as it is not overpowering, but a sweet and refreshing smell. The other natural collection sprays are also very good but carry stronger scents than this one which may be preferred by some but I prefer the subtle touch from this one. The spray applies on as a liquid, which can feel slightly wet on the skin for a few minutes, and can be quite pleasing on a hot day as the liquid is actually rather cool. However it quickly dries to leave the smell of the spray which can last for a good number of hours, it depends on the day and how much you have sweat during the day as of course this is only a scent. The bottle is light and convenient to carry, so even if the scent does fade you can reapply it throughout the day.
My latest passion from Boots is theirNatural Collection Passionfruit Body Spray. Passionfruit is absolutely one of my favourite frutis to eat but I don't really get to eat it that often, more usually than not I have it on holiday when it is served in an exotic fruit dessert platter but its so sweet and yummy and that flavour and taste works perfectly as a body spray. According to an article I read, "Passiflora edulis is a vine species of passion flower that is native to Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and northern Argentina (Corrientesand Misiones provinces, among others). Its common names include passion fruit (UK and US), passionfruit (Australia and New Zealand), and purple granadilla (South Africa). The passion fruit is round to oval, either yellow or dark purple at maturity, with a soft to firm, juicy interior filled with numerous seeds. The fruit is both eaten and juiced; passion fruit juice is often added to other fruit juices to enhance the aroma." I have a number of the Boots Natural Collection body sprays as I think they are a great way of adding some scent to your body when you don't want to use perfume and come in a range of really intoxicating fragrances. I really lovely fruity smells and this one is amazingly fruity and sweet and really different from a lot of other body sprays available today in my opinion. What I really like about this spray is that it is wonderfully cheap but still good quality. A 150ml bottle costs just £2 which is a great price in my opinion and not something you have to think about spending your money on. If it were priced in the £10 region I would think more about it but £2 is nothing for a nice refreshing spray. Boots say, "Get fresh all over with the fruity fragrance of Natural Collection Passionfruit Body Spray that leaves skin instantly revitalised." I do find the smell of this spray very light and refreshing rather than heavy and its very sweet. I find it does last quite a long time on my skin, not the whole day but long enough for when I want it and it keeps me feeling fresh and confident. I think to give you a bit of a nice spray after a shower and give my skin a bit of moisture and a nice mist its lovely. The spray is a manual spray so it comes in a liquid form, its not an aerosol and so it just comes out as a mist when you spray it. I find that you get a nice even coverage when you use this spray and its a well designed packaging in my opinion. In think in this way you don't get that aerosol smell like you do with say an Impulse body spray. The spray comes in a see through plastic bottle with a lovely picture of the fruit on the front and some other little pinka nd yellow swirls which make it look quite interesting and inviting. The liquid is quite a nice light purple colour which is not really the colour of the fruit but could almost be similar to the colour of the inside of a passionfruit so maybe that is why its purple. I like to use this when I come out of the shower and I'm not really going anywhere special, I just like it to give me some fragrance and nothing too heavy. I think this is a lovely body spray and is a real bargain in my opinion and will last quite a few months so a good buy and one from The Natural Collection that I recommend.
I got a Natural Collection Passionfruit duo of Shower Gel and Body Lotion as a present a couple of Christmases ago, and recently I got round to using them. I saw that there was a 3 for 2 offer on skincare products at Boots, and decided to pick up three body sprays, including this Passionfruit one to go with my other products. The sprays were £2 each, but I only paid £4 for the lot on offer. This spray comes in a clear plastic bottle with a spray nozzle and black lid. It has a clear label with an abstract floral pattern to match the rest of the range. The spray inside is the same deep purple as the shower gel, a colour I really like, and makes it stand out on your shelf or dressing table. The packaging states: "Get fresh all over with the fruity fragrance of Natural Collection Passionfruit Body Spray that leaves skin instantly revitalised". I love the smell of this, which matches the smell of the shower gel and body lotion. It is fruity and refreshing and a quick spritz of this helps to wake me up. The scent doesn't last on my skin, but I find that body sprays don't really have longevity. I can still smell it faintly on my clothes a couple of hours after application, which is more impressive than many body sprays I have tried in the past. Overall, this is a really good body spray which is one of the best I've tried. It doesn't have the depth or longevity of a perfume, but it doesn't have the price either, and it's ideal to layer up with other products from the Passionfruit range.
~~~~~~~~ Natural fan ~~~~~~~~ I am a big fan of the vanilla version of the Natural Collection body spray, and I have reviewed it recently. A while ago, to make up the numbers in a three for two offer, I picked up this fruity number as well. In general I do like Natural Collection products - they are cheap and cheerful .... a kind of poor man's (or woman's) Body Shop! The products I tend to like most are the vanilla ones, but occasionally I do stray to the other fruity scents! And there is a good selection on offer, including strawberry, mango and so on. This body spray comes in a pump action spray bottle, and costs just £2. The packaging certainly reflects the price as it is very simple - just a clear plastic bottle with basic graphics. As you can see in the picture above, it is nothing special or glamorous, merely functional. You can also get passionfruit body lotion and shower gel, if you fancy the whole set! You can see that the spray inside the bottle is a very pale purple colour. ~~~~~~~~~~~ A dewberry clone ~~~~~~~~~~~ A quick pump of this bottle emits a fine mist of the spray, and it instantly smells sweet and fruity. It actually reminds me a little of the Body Shop's dewberry fragrance - it definitely smells of berries more than any other fruit I think. However I do think the smell is a bit artificial, and when you first spray it on it can be a touch sickly if you overdo it! But luckily the smell mellows quite nicely after a few minutes, leaving quite a fresh berry scent. I would say you'll get a couple of hours out of this scent at best, as it does start to fade quite quickly, although at this price I think that's to be expected really! This is definitely what I would call a daytime scent, and it would really suit younger girls I think as it's quite fun and fruity! I do like to wear it on days when I am not going out and about too much or doing anything special, but I wouldn't wear it on a night out. So although I do like to use this from time to time it isn't a big favourite of mine, and although I will happily finish the bottle I am not convinced I would buy it again.
I loved the passion fruit body lotion by the Boots Natural Collection, so I decided to try out the body spray in the same scent. I love finding a bargain and the Natural Collection Range is really reasonably priced. Scent I love the scent from this body spray, it is exactly the same as the body lotion and shower gel from this range and has a really sweet, fresh scent to it. This is probably my favourite Natural Collection scent and it is lovely and fruity. I would say that this is a more every day scent to use, it isn't really the most grown up or posh scent, it is just fruity and fresh and a really nice girly scent. What Did I Think? This body spray is really nice, however it does not have any anti perspirant qualities to it, so when I am wearing it, I need to wear a good deodorant as well. I found that this body spray is quite strong and you don't really need to spray yourself too much with it for the scent to take. This scent lingers for quite a long time when I apply it, I find that I do not need to re apply it throughout the day, I like the way that this spray lingers nicely all day. Price and Availability You can buy this spray in Boots for £2, I think that this is a great price for a body spray and would definitely buy it again. A bottle of this body spray usually lasts about 3-4 weeks for me so I think that it is definitely worth the money. Overall I think that this is a fantastic little bargain, it is cheap, smells lovely and has good longevity. The only problem that I have with this body spray is that it does not have any anti perspirant qualities, therefore I would give this body spray 4 out of 5 stars. *also on ciao under lorrainek90
I use body sprays a lot especially during busy work shifts where I like to freshen up my clothes and skin so I don't smell. I go through them regularly so it's no suprise that I recieve sprays for christmasses and birthdays. Last christmas I recieved this passionfruit natural collection body mist from Boots, it is £2.00 for 150mls at Boots. Boots the chemist was established in 1849 in Nottingham as a herbal medicine shop; ever since Boots diversified and expanded into other drug sales and then worldwide sales expanded their market to opticians and general healthcare goods. The spray bottle is quite short and chunky and is a see through plastic bottle with a black atomiser and clear lid. The label on the front has the fruit and flower plus branding in black and white; plus ingredients and company information on the back. The spray is easy to use having a pump style spray nozzle and it is very easy to push down. This spray can be used on clothes or skin and does smell quite sweet and fruity, it is very plesant. However, I find the spray very wet even when I walk through it; I do not often spray too close to leaving the house as I feel I am coated in Febreeze. The smell does retain for a few hours and smells nice, it has a moistured texture and isn't sharp or powdery like some sprays. However, due to the wetness I did end up using the spray to freshen my carpets and also as a room air spray as I just could not get on with the feel. Available in other frangrances from Boots as part of a wider collection of moiturisers etc.
I buy nearly all the boots body sprays, this has to be one of my favourites. It smells fresh, sweet and a tiny bit musky. It's lasted me ages even though I use it everyday and for the price the smell lasts surprisingly long, I find a lot of the cheaper perfumes/sprays tend to linger for a matter of minutes. This one lasts me pretty much all day! I used to get comments when I'd just sprayed it, people would ask who had just used perfume because it smelt 'lush', then very often they would ask to use some and be impressed when I told them the price. I think these sprays are very good value and they smell lovely, especially compared to some of the other low priced sprays shops sell which tend to smell overwhelmingly like alcohol. These are really worth the money! :) The spray has also never irritated my skin in anyway!
This is not the type of deodorant that I typically use, I usually use the likes of dove but I have used this before. Having sensitive skin I was quite surprised that this was gentile enough for me to use and did not cause irritation. It smells quite sweet and is a very pleasant fragrance. Although I did not personally find it long lasting, it does give a nice burst of fruity fragrance. The bottle is quite pretty and to be honest, I would not think twice about giving this as a little gift to any of my friends. It would be a great little gift for someone that perhaps has an allergy to perfume, or a younger teen that maybe doesn't use perfume, but would like a fragrance to wear. Personally I did not wear it as a deodorant, but as a body spray (to carry with you and top up throughout the day) I really liked it and I always felt (as it is fruit based) that it was much more gentile on my skin than a harsh chemical perfume. Overall it is a great fragrance, did not irritate my skin and looks pretty for a little gif too. However, I didn't find the scent that long lasting.
This Passionfruit Body Spray is part of the Natural Collection and is available exclusively at Boots (highstreet stores and at boots.co.uk). It is one of 7 different scents available in the range. I smelled them all in store and this was the one that I preferred the most. Passionfruit shower gel and also passionfruit body lotion are also available in the same range with the same scent. The bottle itself is clear which makes it easy to see how much spray is left and it has a green and purple passion flower printed on the front. The spray is a nice light purple colour. The product description on the back of the bottle says 'Get fresh all over with a fragrant tang of passionfruit that leaves skin instantly revitalised.' I can't really comment on how much like a passionfruit this spray smells like as I can't say I'm that familiar with what a passionfruit smells like! But I can say that the spray has a nice, fresh, comforting smell which I think is really nice. The bottles are 150ml and only cost £2 which is excellent value. I bought mine using Advantage card points so it cost me 200 points. This is great for everyday wear as it is not expensive so you can wear it more often compared to branded perfumes which are reserved for going out or special occasions. I find the staying power of the scent to be good. If I spray my wrists in the morning I can still smell the passionfruit fragrance in the evening. I'm really pleased with this purchase and I will definitely be buying from this range again in the future. Highly recommended.
I'm a big fan of the soap and glory mist you madly body spray but at £6.50 a bottle, it's a bit too pricey for everyday use so I looked for an alternative. I came accross the Natural collection body sprays in Boots. They come in different 'flavours' including vanilla, wild strawberry, ice musk, saphire and sea minerals, mango and papaya, apple and lime and this passionfruit. They're quite attractive as each one is a different, quite bright colour. At just £2 for a bottle, you can't complain price-wise. The spray comes in a clear plastic bottle with a floral design on the front alongside the Natural collection logo. The spray top is also plastic and can be screwed on and off. It's quite a good pump and distributes a good, even amount of spray out of the bottle. Because this spray smells gorgeous and is so cheap, I go a bit mad with it. I spray it over my body before getting dressed then blast it over my clothes afterwards. It's got a lovely sweet, smell of passionfruit and it's quite strong so you can smell it easily. It dries quickly and you don't feel any residue on your skin. The spray doesn't leave any marks on your clothes either which is good so you can spray it allover without worrying. The smell lasts quite well, usually about four hours or so which I think is great for a cheap body spray. I know it's a bit of waste, but I also spray this on my bed as it smells so nice and fresh and gives my bedroom a lovely smell for the rest of the day too. I can't wait to finish this bottle off and open the other ones which I'll also review. Overall, this spray is lovely. It's so cheap but it smells gorgeous and lasts really well. I don't feel bad using it in excess either because of the low price. You can find these in most Boots stores in the indulgent bathing aisle. Keep a lookout for these sprays as they're often on a three for two offer. I bought this one, the wild strawberry and the apple and lime all for £4.00. I'd definitely recommend them to others to use alongisde your normal deodorant and perfume for a nice, fruity smell.
I have been a fan of the boots sprays since I discovered them a few months ago. You can get quite a few different smells as there is a range available. For this particular one it smelt quite sweet, I liked it but it isn't one of my top favourite smells that they offer. Then again scents are always quite personal. These type of spritzer sprays I find are always a preference as it is not an aerosol. However they for me are for home use only. It isn't something I am comfortable carrying around in my handbag due to the fact the opening of the bottle is just a screw top and therefore I do not feel it is as secure as an aerosol. The price is very reasonable for what they are and also as they are not aerosols it is quite handy for girls who are maybe a bit too young for aerosols but would feel a bit more grown up by having something like this. Also seeing as this is a quite sweet smell it will also appeal to them.
Boots Natural Collection Passionfruit Body Spray, is a wonderful way to add a hint of summer to your day with its delightful fruity fragrance. It comes in a 150ml spray bottle, with a fun, pretty image on the label, at the bargin price of just £2 (sometimes you may get a promotion when its two for £3). Directions: I find It's best to mist the product onto your skin after a bath or shower and allow to dry before dressing, because it's a scented water it can feel a little wet on application (It's advisable to hold the bottle about 10cm from your skin when spraying, to create a mist and not a puddle!). Result: I was pleased to see that this product didn't irritate my sensitive skin and I have actually had a few compliments on how fresh my skin looks. The scent lingers all day, making this body spray feel more like a perfume and an excellent, affordable choice, or even replacement to more expensive eau de toilette products. Another bonus, there is a variety of 'flavours' in the range to choose from, but I have to admit that the passionfruits, sweet, young smell would have to be my favourite. Draw back: The only flaw I would say, is if you accidentally spray too close to your clothes, you will create a damp patch, that may cause a stain. So remember to mist at all times.
One of the things I stocked upo with the other day whilst I was in my local Boots stores was a few new body sprays. I run out of them all the time due to my heavy handedness and using them after every bath and/or shower and even use them for a quick burst of freshness throughout the day. I am very much a fan of Boots and I really do like the range of the bath and body products of The Boots Natural Collection which I generally find to be of good quality and of reasonable prices and there's plenty of choice too! One I had never seen or tried before was this one at only £2.00 for a 150mls of the spray and after having a quick sniff test instore and deciding I liked it I popped one in my already full shopping basket! The Packaging: The packaging of this is rather simple. The lilac coloured liquid comes in a see through plastic bottle and on the front of it we are clearly told what it is and who is by and on the back of it ingredients, size and contact details for Boots are given. This is a pump action bottle with a black push button to dispense dispenser to the top of it and over that a small see-through plastic safety style cap easily pops on and off it. Its easy to use and looks nice enough. Using It: Well of course as I have already mentioned is a body spray so I simply spray if at arms length from my clean skin. This has a rich fruity, sweet and natural scent of passionfruits to it which is really summery, great for these cooler days. The initial strong scent settles over time and the sweetness and a hint of the passionfruits settles on my skin for about 3-4 hours till I can't smell it anymore to which then I just top it up if I so desire! This sprays on like a fine mist and not wet as such, isn't an antiperspirant and is only a body fragrance, it doesn't dry out my skin or moisturise it it just fragrances me for a short while. At £2.00 a bottle I think this is really nice one for us ladies who need a bit of cheering up now that's its cold and I think it is a pleasure to use and to smell on my skin and yep it gets the thumbs up from me! Only available from Boots stores and in different fragrances too. This review is also posted on Ciao under this same username. This review is also posted on Ciao under this same username.
