“ Brand: Boots / Spray / Type: Body Spray / Suitable for: Body „
I really do love body sprays and find them a great pick me up not only to use on a clean body first thing but whenever I feel like a quick spritz for a quick freshen up. I usually have one on my person in a handbag and certainly have them dotted all over my house much to t he upset of my Mother lol.
Body spray being something I use rather often in a day can be a rather uneconomical thing to use though! So I'm always on the look out for cheaper alternatives but still being a nice classy fragrance for an over 30 woman to wear which is why I decided to try a Boots own body spray to be honest. It's brand I trust so why not I thought....and the can was a nice girly pink colour ta boot!
75ml long bright pink cylinder can with a white push button aerosol sprayer to the top of it and a matching pink cap/lid to the top of that. On the front of the can I'm told in white and navy blue writing that it is Boots Petal Dream Body Spray and there is a picture sorta scribbled on in white of a flower. On the back of the can other information includes being told a bit about the product, directions for use are given, warnings are listed as are the ingredients and contact details for Boots are given. As I stated earlier it's a nice looking, feminine can and what's more it's easy to use etc.
A Bit About The Product According To The Back Of The Can:
Petal Dream Body Spray is a sweet floral fragrance which is combined with a gentle and effective deoderant.
Directions For Use:
Shake can well before use. Hold can 15 to 20cm away from body, spray and let the lasting fragrance keep you fresh all day.
Me Using It:
Well all you do to use this is gently hold it at arms length and preferably spray onto a clean and dry body. It's easy to use and as you do it gently dampens the skin but it is as light as a feather, dries mega quickly and that's it......job done and dress straight after application as no residue is left on the skin at all!
Smell wise well to me it misses something really. It's quite strong in fragrance and none distinctive in floral scent however it's a little too sweet and unnatural smelling to me. I feel that this has a hint of vanilla to it too it however if I spray too much I feel a little on the sickly side!
It misses a sophistication and the only upside to this particular fragrance is that if you like it, it does stay fragrancing the skin for hours on end and although it does fragrance any clothes etc your wearing it doesn't stain them and does wash out well enough too! Not bad if you like the fragrance and it certainly is an economical product.
