I am not one to stick to a certain brand when it comes to beauty products, but I do have my favourite ranges and my absolute favourite range when it comes to deodorant is Dove. I have tried most of their range of deodorants including their invisible dry range.

I really like their fragranced deodorants but the reason I went for this one for a change was because I own a lot of black and dark coloured tops and one pet hate of mine is hideous white marks caused by deodorant so I was hoping this deodorant would combat this completely.

From previous experience I have found that Dove deodorants in general aren't too bad when it comes to white marks but I do get the odd mark which doesn't look good. I tend to use aerosol spray deodorants and you can purchase a 250ml can of this deodorant from Boots stores for £3.69, though it is work shopping around as you may get it cheaper from store such as Wilkinsons or Tescos.

I hold Dove deodorants in high regard and this one doesn't let the side down. This one gave as good a protection as the others I have tried and I felt that even in warmer weather, this gives a good 8 hour protection whilst I was at work and I didn't feel the need to apply more deodorant during this time. Although this does came to give 24 hour protection, I think this is a little execessive, even for Dove and I think that 8-10 hours is the maximum length of protection it gives you before you feel the need to apply some more.

When it comes to white marks, this one did seem to do the trick and I didn't notice any unsightly marks at all so my dark tops stayed dark so all in all this deodorant did the trick and still provided the protection it promised. It would have been nice to have a bit of a scent to it like the other Dove ones do but I am assuming that if they had done this, the invisible marks bit might have been compromised so at the end of the day, this deodorant fulfils its promises and that's all you can ask of it.

Overall, this is a really good deodorant in that it works well to provide protection for a good 8 hours at least and it doesn't leave any hideous white marks on dark clothing and therefore it comes with a recommendation from me.
