The impulse deodorant comes in a can. To operate it you need to twist the lid and the press the button. After use twist the lid back. This prevents the deodorant spraying when you don't want it to for example when it's in your bag.
It's a fruity long lasting smell. This is my favourite one. They are normally on offer in Tesco £1 each. Bargain.

Impulse was originally launched in South Africa in 1972 as a perfume deodorant, the first product to combine fragrance with deodorant. In 1979 its popularity spread to the UK where it rapidly built up a 5% share of the deodorant market. Since its launch, each Impulse variant has been founded on the brand's core values of fragrance and romance. With names like Temptation, True Love and Romantic Spark, they understand how to capture female allure in a body spray. Over the years Impulse has consistently developed its scent library to keep the range fresh and up-to-date. Although this brand is known for its ever-changing range, one of its founding fragrances, Hint of Musk, has been available since Impulse's launch. In 2009 the brand introduced a new look for it's products and Romantic Spark and Into Glamour fragrances were launched in collaboration with popular girl band The Saturdays. Today Impulse is proud to the UK and Ireland's best selling female body spray.

The product I am reviewing is a body spray by Impulse which is a Unilever brand. I used to use Impulse body spray a very long time ago and used to love some of the scents they had. I don't really know why I stopped using this body spray; how-ever I have recently got back into using it again after buying some in my local Sainsbury's store. The scent I am reviewing is called Tease and contains Red Fruits and Woods. This scent is said to live up to its name. It teases, plays and does the flirting for you. It whispers 'Romance Me' just loudly enough to be heard. The body spray comes in a tall can which is quite small and it holds 75ml of the product. Each can is a different colour and has a slightly different design on it. The majority of the can is white, how-ever there is a blue colour at the bottom of the can which goes about a quarter of the way up and there are also detailed deep purple, blue and white butterflies on the front of the can with some white swirls. On the back of the can is information about the product and it also shows/tells you how to use it. You can also find warning information and also a list of ingredients. It's best to read all the information on the can before using the product.

I purchased this and another one from Sainsbury's as they were on offer on Buy one get one free. I thought this was brilliant as they are normally priced at £2.00 each from Sainsbury's. You can also purchase these from Boots for £1.99 each. Each can holds 75ml of product.

Using the Product
= = = = = = = = =
To use the product simply twist the top to reveal the hole in which the deodorant comes out of. Simply press down the top of the lid and spray it all over your body holding it at least 15cm away from the body. Although this product is apparently kind to the skin I always spray this product on top of clothes anyway. I tend to spray the product whilst moving it around my body to ensure the scent of the product gets on my clothes. When spraying it, I could smell the sweet smell of berries at first; how-ever this quickly disappeared and was taken over by a woody type smell, which was a little overpowering at first. Once the product has settled, although it was still very woody, I could smell the very slight hint of berries as which gave a slightly sweet scent. This was really pleasant and I thought it smelt quite nice. My boyfriend, how-ever didn't particularly like the scent and his reaction when he came into the bedroom was 'What the hell did you spray'. I took it from this that he didn't like the smell of the product. Although the scent of the product seems rather strong when you first spray it, it does settle down and smells quite nice and light. Despite my boyfriend's comment I didn't think the smell was actually that bad and I thought it smelt fresh. Due to the scent of the product this made me feel fresh and when spraying the product it also made me feel slightly cool due to the fine, cool mist of the product that comes out of the can. IO personally don't think the scent of this product lasts particularly long and at least half way through the day I couldn't really smell the product any longer which means that it needed to be re-applied again. When using the product I do have to re-apply it at least twice a day to ensure the scent of the product actually lasts. This isn't the type of product I use when on a night out as I tend to use perfume, how-ever if I did use this product I would feel as though I would need to spray it regularly during the evening.

Although my boyfriend didn't like this scent, I didn't think it was too bad and when the scent of the product calmed down I actually thought it smelt quite nice, especially as you can smell a very slight berry scent amongst the stronger woody smells. This isn't one of my favourite scents from the Impulse range but it's not the worst scent either. As my boyfriend doesn't particularly like the smell of this it would be put off using it again during the weekends when I see him. I would probably purchase it again for wearing during the day at work to help me freshen up though. If you like woody smells in perfume and body spray then you will definitely like this one. In terms of value I think the product is very reasonable, especially when it's on offer. I have found that the product doesn't really last very long, especially if you are applying it twice a day like I have been doing. As the can is small and slim it makes it perfect for popping into your handbag, meaning you can take it on the go with you. I wouldn't say no to purchasing this product again.

Impulse Tease comes in a spray can. You need to press the top to squirt out the spray. What I like about these cans is that they have a 'twisty top' so that you can twist the top round so that it won't spray when you don't want it to. The can is quite slim which is great as it means that it fits easily in your handbag without taking up too much room.
To begin with, when first sprayed the spray does smell quite strongly, however it fades after an hour or so, and so I do find that I tend to need to keep on reapplying it throughout the day otherwise it just won't last all day otherwise and I as I like to keep fresh throughout the day.
I can easily get through a can in a few days even though I don't really use that much which is annoying as for the price it is annoying that they don't last that long.
The scent is very clean and fresh and makes me feel really girlie and feminine. I like wearing this scent as it makes me feel confident. I have also received lots of compliments on how good I smell too when I wear this. Unlike my more expensive fragrances (Ghost etc), I don't feel that confindent when I wear this body spray. It does seem to put me in a good mood though, I don't know why. This body spray is perfect for day time as it isn't overpowering. It is quite sweet and florally, although it is not 'in your face' kind of sweet and so is unlikely to get on people's nerves.
Even though Impulse is generally considered a young brand, I know lots of older people who wear this too and so I would say that this body spray is suitable for women of all ages.
You can buy Impulse True Love (as well as the rest of the Impulse range) from places such as Boots, Superdrugs and supermarkets. They tend to retail at around £2 which I do think is quite expensive - although they are nice perfumes. However, they are regularly on offer - usually for less than a pound and so I tend to stock up whenever I see them on offer.
All in all, I would definitely recommend Impulse True Love.
Thanks for reading!

As a teenager growing up I really enjoyed using brands like So Kiss Me and Impulse. I always used Impulse Tease in the morning for school. I hated how girls would spray there is in class and gas everyone out, without asking if anyone in the room suffers with asthma. I would spray this body spray in the morning before leaving for school and upon arriving home hours later would still smell the scent of it embedded on my skin and clothes. The scent of this product is hard to explain it is often related to a very sweet flowery smell.
The product name is a right give away to how nice this product actually smells. The word tease has many connotations and for me and this brand I think it means that it was made for teasing the opposite sex. Though nothing like that has ever happened in my experience. The slogan for the product is also 'feel utterly feminine and seductive' so that is also a big give away as to what they want you to think this product does. However, though it doesn't attract men it always makes you smell appealing for them rather than bland.
I buy this product in the 75ml can for £1.00 in selected stores. However, it must be known that the design on the tin has now changed and it looks like more of a metallic design so make sure you pick up the correct container. However, the image with this review is the one I used as a teenager. Superdrug often have sales on and can sell the Impulse brand for as little as 97p and I think this is a desirable price for a small tin of body spray.
I would highly recommend this product to any woman who is a lover of body spray or Impulse in general.
I'm usually a big fan of the Impulse body sprays, their compact, smell nice and have attractive looking packaging so when I saw that this was a new product I thought I would try it out. I bought it for under a £1 in Bodycare but prices vary depending on what shop you buy it from and lots of shops have regular deals on Impulse products.
The can is 75grams and the perfect size to fit in your handbag or to keep in the car for emergencies, the colour of the can is silver with an attractive looking design of blue and purple butterflies. The top is a twist type which is very handy if like me you're prone to losing lids of deodorants and body sprays. The spray comes out in a fine mist which doesn't leave wet or sticky patches like some body sprays.
I was fairly disappointed with the smell of this body spray, it's described as Red Fruits and Woods but I don't really smell anything. Obviously there is a smell there but it's nothing distinctive and nothing special and really doesn't appeal to me. One thing I've always found about Impulse is that they have unique smells but this one really lets them down.
This body spray does however freshen you up but if you wanted a nice perfume smell then you won't get it from this particular Impulse product.
Overall I felt quite let down by this product and won't be buying it again.
Recently whilst I am staying at my Mums whilst flat hunting I went to look for a can body spray and realised I packed none. I use body spray at least once a day to help me stay smelling fresh and clean so this was something unacceptable to me so I ran out to the local Tesco's to here and stocked up. I was wanting to buy So....? Body sprays but I resent paying more than a quid for them as I so often purchase them on offer and they were asking something likes £2.50 a can, Impulse however had some fraganced body sprays at a pound each so I decided to grab a few of those instead and make a saving in the long term!
The packaging of this is very in keeping with other Impulse body sprays in the range. The can is tall, cylinder and light turquoise with a blue and bright pink attractive bow on there and we are clearly told what it is and who it is by then on the back of the can other information lists being told how to use it, cautions and ingredients are given, the size is stated (in this case its a standard 75 ml size by the way) and contact details for the manufacturer (Unilever) are given. Its a nice looking can this one and rather attractive as well as feeling good quality. It has an indentation to it for ease of handling and the top section is frosted white with a white push button aerosol sprayer to the top of it and a swivel action on/off section to cover the bit where the spray comes out of which I do think is a great safety aspect with these Impulse products.
To use this is simple! Just spray it onto the skin and go! This is really quite a heavily scented body spray (which is what I like!) this one and I always apply after I have bath or showered and top up throughout the day (even my clothes get a quick blast with this!) whenever I want to. It goes on damp but not wet and once applied it dries in quickly leaving no residue on me at all and I can forget I have even applied it.
This is said to be scented with pineapple and wood scents and it really is in my humble opinion. It has a woody undertone and a really noticeable fragrance of rich, fruity and fresh pineapple to it. Its a very well blended scent this one and although fruity its a warm scent as well as being quite refreshing and it really does linger on my skin all day long with little need for me to keep topping it up!
Its another really unusual blend of body spray once again from Impulse and at the moment this is the one I am using and I can detect this a little as I'm sitting here and I applied it hours ago!
Another thumbs up to Impulse! Do look at for this on special offer if not its about £2.29 a can in all good supermarkets and chemists and it really is worth a sniff next time you spot it!

**Introduction and reason for purchase**
It's very rare that I personally go out and buy body sprays as it's something that never really appeals really, preferring to wear perfume instead. That doesn't stop me from having a huge collection of them as family and friends buy me gift sets for Birthdays/ Christmas presents etc so I end up using them quite regularly as it's more convenient to carry a small can of body spray in my bag than a large glass bottle of perfume.
For my most recent birthday my aunt bought me several beauty items with 3 Impulse body sprays being amongst them (1 can of Tease and 2 cans of Musk), having just finished using 'Tease' completely up my review will now focus on my thoughts on this product..
**What Impulse have to say**
"..Life's a playground, so have some fun! Be confident, be flirty, be naughty but nice!.."
Tease was created by Ann Gottlieb in 2006 from zesty notes of pineapple and exotic woods and it is available as a perfume deodorant spray.
Simply aim approx 15 to 20cm away and spray liberally over the body avoiding the facial area of course. The spray is clear and watery in consistency and feels damp against the skin when first applied but dries instantly so doesn't feel uncomfortable for long. I've used this after showering/ bathing as well as 'on the go' during the day and it's never stained any of my clothing after applying which is always a plus.
**Price, packaging & availability**
Tease comes housed in the same cylindrical shaped canister that all of the Impulse fragrances are available in - being slim line and upright standing and in the 'standard' 75ml size. (I say standard loosely as smaller versions are available in gift sets but generally the size is 75ml). Tease is a predominantly white can with 'tease' written in a pale green font and images of hearts, diamonds and flowers in green and purple enclosed in a heart adorn the front. All in all the image is soft, feminine and romantic and I think this comes across well with with packaging as it has caught my eye on more than one occasion whilst out shopping.
To access the spray there is an integrated nozzle featured at the top of the can with a swizzle effect lid that is both easy to close and open. Once open the large button on top is easy to press down and emits a rapid spray of the product via a small circular section at the tip of the nozzle.
Price wise Impulse is a a brand that dominates in the field of body sprays and I've seen prices range from £1 to £2.50 depending on which store I have been in at the time so it's worth looking around as they tend to be on offer for £1 at Superdrug and large supermarkets. As Impulse is very popular it can be found in most places that sell toiletries such as chemists, supermarkets and various other outlets though as there is a large choice of Impulse sprays available these days there may be limited choice to which fragrance you require.
**My experience of using Tease**
As previously just mentioned in my first paragraph I never buy body sprays myself as I always end up with a vast collection from gift sets given to me for Birthdays and Christmas. I do prefer to give myself a quick spritz of perfume but a lot of the times I will carry a can of whichever body spray I come across in my cupboard with me in my bag when out on errands or doing the school run. I don't drive so often I end up walking several miles a day, and even though I am confident with my deodorant I like to know that I can freshen up at any point with a blast of body spray for a quick fix.
I've been bought several different fragrances from the Impulse collection over the years and some I've favoured more than others, though Tease has really impressed me so much so that since using up the can I received for my birthday I've bought 2 more of the same fragrance myself (!).
The canister is easy to use as the swivel lid just rotates around which unlocks the mechanism and enables the nozzle to be pressed down with ease, thus creating a steady fine mist to emit. The spray feels icy cold on my skin though is instantly refreshing and cools down the skin straight away - not so good in the cold weather but ideal on a hot warm Summer's day especially when out and about.
The description of the pineapple and wood scents is spot on, and the first time I used it I could detect the zest of the pineapple instantly which is really uplifting and awakening before the woody notes start to develop and enhance the fragrance by changing it into something warmer and more comforting.
Longevity wise this does very well, and if I've sprayed this all over my body in the morning I can still detect a hint of the fragrance by dinnertime which is very impressive given it's *only* a body spray as I've used Eau de parfum's with less longevity as this. The fragrance really is very beautiful and what I like about it the best is it doesn't come across as too overpowering when first applied. I think that is one of the main reasons why I don't often buy body sprays myself as they can literally take your breath away when spraying and then the fragrance is lost within a short period of time making it seem quite pointless from my point of view, though this is simply my opinion.
Impulse have created some stunning scents over the years and whilst I've tried a fair few now thanks to gift sets I would say that Tease is so far the best and is a current favourite. Whilst I will never give up wearing perfume I do have days when I will just spritz this liberally all over knowing full well the beautiful aroma will last me for a good few hours and keep me smelling fresh.
As Impulse is merely meant to freshen you up it's not something I would consider wearing for a night out but for general day time usage then it's ideal. The lightweight can makes it easy to transport in my bag and whilst I tend to spritz rather a lot on in one go I've found even with constant use that one can will last for around 2 to 3 weeks depending on use which deems this very good value in my eyes.
This is just a body spray and doesn't act as a deodorant, so I always apply a separate underarm product and despite Tease being quite a prominent scent it doesn't clash with any fragranced body products and actually enhances any other scents which makes this such a 5 star product.
I've got quite a few of the Impulse body fragrance sprays and I think they're great - they smell just like perfume and are really cheap. One of the scents that I really like and have re-purchased countless times is 'Tease'. This is available from pretty much anywhere - Supermarkets, Boots, Superdrug and so on. Prices vary slightly but the average RRP is around £2. I usually stock up whenever they're on offer in Superdrug (which is very often) and I managed to get my current can of this body spray for just 99 pence.
The body spray comes in an aerosol can which is white with green hearts and purple flowers on the front. The brand name - Impulse - is written near the top of the can in the usual style and there is the fragrance name nearer the bottom. Under the fragrance name is a brief description of the scent which reads 'with zesty pineapple and exotic wood scents'. On the back of the can there is a brief product discription, instructions on how to use the product, safety warnings and of course the ingredients.
This body spray is dermatologically tested and the manufacturers state on the back of the can that it is gentle on the skin. I like that the bottle has a slight curve near the top of it as it's easier to grip and I also like the size of the bottle as it is compact enough to fit in my handbag without taking up too much space. The can contains 75ml of liquid and as far as I know this is the only size available. Even though it doesn't sound like a lot, a can lasts for ages - at least a month even with daily use, which for 99p is brilliant value in my opinion.
The aerosol can doesn't come with a lid. I simply need to twist the top bit around to expose the hole and then once I've used it I just twist it back. I really like this design as it's simple and looks quite nice too in my opinion - plus there's no way that the top can come off and leak in my handbag. Using the body spray is very simple; I apply mine before getting dressed and hold the can away from me at arms length and spray all over my body, obviously avoiding my face. The scent is very strong and it hits me as soon as I press down on the push-down spray top.
This smells amazing - really girlie, fresh and fun - it's a refreshingly sweet and fruity scent which in my opinion is best suited to teenagers and young adults. The smell although fruity does not have any noticeable smells of particular fruits and it does not smell like pineapple as described at all in my opinion, however I still love the smell. The subtle undertones of an aloe vera type scent prevent the smell from being too sweet and the smell isn't overlly artificial smelling. The smell is very strong so it's important not to apply too much. The smell lingers for a few hours and if sprayed over clothes, the clothing holds the smell for quite a few days. I've had no problems with the spray leaving white marks on clothing.
The spray dries quickly and doesn't leave any residue on my skin at all. If sprayed directly onto the skin at a close distance the spray just drips off of the skin like a perfume would if too much was applied, so remember to hold the can at arms length. I've never had any allergic reactions or skin irritations from using this which is a minor miracle considering how sensetive my skin is! I overall reccommend this body spray because it's cheap, has practical packaging, smells lovely and is long-lasting. 5/5 stars from me.
I always look out for offers when I go shopping and tend to pick up all my toiletries when I see them, the Impulse range is one that I often seem to find on 3 for 2 and so I stock up when on offers. I tend to wear a bodyspray after my deodorant rather than a perfume when I am working as working in the care industry you do feel that you need to keep reapplying due to the smells you are subjected to and therefore I do tend to use quite a lot of the Impulse bodysprays whilst at work. I started using Impulse as a teenager and have stuck with it pretty much ever since as they have such a good range and there are so many different smells you are bound to find one you like.
The impulse range can be bought in supermarkets, chemists and often discount stores although I still find the supermarket is the cheapest when they have the offers on. The bodysprays retail at £1.99 when not on offer and this is for a 75ml tin although I have found they are on offer at £1 at the moment in Tesco and this is even better than the usual 3 for 2, I can see me stocking up again shortly!
This tin is circular and quite slender and short as it does only hold 75mls, you can now buy mini versions that hold 35mls for around £1.25 but I have only seen these in supermarkets so far. This tin is a turquoise colour with a cream band around the top and the closing mechanism at the top hides a cream spray button. On the front of the tin there is the Impulse name written in joined up writing which is a quite nice font, like all the impulse range there is a sort of cross shape on the front and this one has some eye shapes coloured in pink with sparkly yellow bits, it is actually quite hard to see that these are eyes unless you look closely.
On the rear of the tin you are told that this is dermatologically tested and that it is gentle on your skin which I have always found to be true and it has never irritated my skin, to use you need to hold the product 15cm away from your skin and spray. The spray is quite powerful and you only need a little to give a nice fruity yet flowery smell and this is one of my favourites. When you first spray the product it smells a little alcohol like at first but within a minute the smell comes through. You are also given lots of warnings on the tin such as the usual keep out of direct sunlight and then you have a list of ingredients and contact information for the makers Unilever.
I do like a lot of the Impulse range and this is one of my favourites, the smell is nice and delicate but I often get compliments when wearing this so it is strong enough for others to pick up on. I think I will always use the Impulse range as they are not expensive and they are great in my line of work to make my feel fresh all day.
I love Impulse body sprays and have bought many different fragrances over the years and all of which I am happy to say I am very pleased with the products. Impulse has been around for quite some time and the fragrances have improved over the years in my opinion.
When I saw this one on special offer for just a £1, I thought I had to try it since I have not tried this one before. I liked the name of it. It comes in a slim canister which has a pretty design on the front. The can is very easy to hold and towards the top of the can, it is slightly curved to help for a more comfortable grip to spray. Very cleverly designed in my opinion. It also has a twist cover that covers the spray nozzle. I find it very easy to twist and turn with no problems at all. Once the spray has been used on the body, it is just a simple twist again to cover the nozzle so that does not spray if it is placed in a bag. It has a push down top to release the spray and it is very easy to press without it sticking etc. the can is also very light weight. It also sits well on surfaces when not in use and it does not tip over because the base of the can is very sturdy.
The mist is very fine, it gives a nice even spray without it being all wet. It does not drip from the can at all. The mist is very light and lands on the skin evenly and does not feel all wet etc, it just lands evenly and dries in no time at all. It actually helps my skin feel nice and soft after it has dried. I think that must be because of the ingredients in this spray that helps to moisturise the skin as well as give it a nice fragrance.
It has zesty pineapple and exotic wood scents but I cannot detect very much of the pineapple in this spray but I can detect a kind of slightly fruity smell with a little perfume but it is not one that is overpowering. It is a nice soft fragrance and smells really nice. I like this one, it smells nice and fresh with a nice scent. I find the scent really a pleasant smell but it does have lasting power on the skin for quite some time after it has been sprayed onto the skin.
It is very easy to use by just holding the can around 15cm from the area to be sprayed and just a quick spray onto the body. I find I do not have to spray for very long with this one to give a nice spray on my body. I use it on my arms, legs, chest and torso. It has not irritated my skin at all and I find that the spray is excellent for using outdoors to refresh my body if I am out for the day and just need a little top up. I carry a body spray in my bag so that I feel refreshed on days out. The size of the can is not too big and takes very little room in my bag because the can size is only 75ml.
I think this is a very good quality body spray, it is super value for money and even more so if bought on special offer. The usual price is around £2 and so I got a real bargain when I bought this one.
I highly recommend this one for anyone looking for a nice body spray and a well known brand. This one is very reliable and I will definitely buy this one again in the future because it gives me all the results that I expect from a body spray. I am not disappointed fragrance at all. I actually think it is a very nice one that would suit any woman, even if you are not one that likes to wear perfume. Not all women like perfume but like body sprays and I just think this one would suit a woman who just likes a body spray. I also think this one is ideal for a teenager who is just beginning to discover perfumes etc. it is one that would a starter for a young woman. It is also a nice one to buy as a gift for a loved one for Christmas gift etc or just for taking for an overnight stay or on holiday etc.
I give this one 5 stars.

Thank you for reading my review and I hope it has been of some help.
Impulse is a brand I'm sure most, if not everyone has heard of. They're the brand I first used as a young pre-teen before stopping for several years as I developed a preference for perfume over body spray. Recently however, I've begun to use body sprays more often in an attempt to save money and have turned back to the Impulse brand with mixed results. The one I am reviewing this time is Impulse Tease.
What Is It, What Do Impulse Say?
According to the blurb on the back of the can this scent is designed to make you "feel utterly feminine and seductive! ... A dazzling blend of zesty pineapple and exotic woody scent. It will make you smell fabulous and feel gorgeous."
As with all Impulse canisters this has a plastic lid which you need to turn to reveal the spray hole. However this causes no problems and the button is easy to press. Once pressed it releases a fine mist which goes on slightly damp but dries almost immediately.
When first sprayed the scent is very strong, quite sweet and although definitely fruity with maybe a hint of pineapple I wouldn't say that this was the only scent detectable.
Once this initial scent has settled the wood undertones become slightly more prominent although they still provide nothing more then a background to the previously fruity scent which, by now, is definitely more floral then fruity. This is quite a strange combination which to be honest I'm not sure I like!
Within an hour or two of spraying this settles into the base notes of the fragrance which, whilst definitely floral I wouldn't say that the wood has disappeared completely, more like blended with the floral tones to give an almost earthy tone to the scent.
I have tried spraying this on both my clothes and directly onto my skin. The scent goes through the same notes in around the same time scale no matter what it is sprayed onto. It also lasts the same amount of time which, although nearly a whole day, it doesn't quite last all the way through and so you may find that you need to reapply once.
The smell this body spray has definitely means that it's better suited to day rather then evening wear and summer rather then winter. I've always thought that Impulse is a brand for younger teenagers and although there are some scents that appeal to me in their range this is not one of them. This isn't to say that I don't like it - I do. I just feel that it's slightly too young for me and so would be better suited to younger teenagers.
As far as I can tell this is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
The aerosol is also recyclable.
As with all aerosols this comes with several warnings. These are: keep out of reach of children, protect can from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures over 50degrees, do not pierce or burn even after use, do not spray on or near a naked flame and do not use on sore or broken skin.
Price, Availability And Recommendation
Impulse body sprays are widely available. Prices do vary so it's worth shopping around but expect to pay between £1.50 and £2.
As for recommendation based on how I feel it suits me I can only give it three out of five stars but I do think it would be better suited to those younger then me. That said, I do quite like the scent so try it in store before purchasing to see if it's something you would wear.
Impulse Tease Body Fragrance- with zesty pineapple and exotic wood scents.
The can has 75ml and is made by Unilever. The one I have is similar in colour but has heart shaped pattern rather than the butterfly in the picture which is an earlier version.

I've used Impulse for years now. I usually use it most in summer to keep smelling a fresh on hot sticky days or if going out of an evening.
At the moment Tease is my favourite fragrance. As I always use this when on holidays it reminds me of them when I use it back home. I would say the smell has a sort of fresh spring/summery feel and is not too heavy or overpowering. It does however have enough fragrance for me to get the occasional you smell nice comments.
The canister is small enough to fit in a handbag and as usually buy when they are half price it is affordable product. They retail at £1.99 but I usually pay 99p when it is half price or when they are buy one get one free.
I find that Impulse Tease is good to spray after I've used my regular anti-perspirant and dries quite quick. I like the twist around top as this is good when out and about as it stops it getting accidentally triggered as occasionally happens with other style tops.
Although the fragrance lasts longer than a lot of other body sprays I would prefer if it lasted a bit longer
I would reccomend this product as a way to smell fresher especially if you buy it on offer. However as people tend to like different fragrances try to smell it before purchase
Impulse is the UK's number one female body spray fragrance and is specifically designed to make women smell and feel gorgeous. It is the female equivalent of Lynx with the slogan of, 'Men can't help acting on Impulse.' It comes in a huge variety of scents, each one priced at around £2 for a 75ml bottle, although you can usually find it on offer at your local supermarket for £1 and I stock up whenever this is the case. It also comes in a miniature version to fit into your handbag ready for a night out. It is dermatologically tested and is gentle to your skin.
The purpose of a body spray is to give you an all over refreshment whenever it is needed, keeping you smelling and feeling fresh throughout the day. I personally also use mine as a delicious cooler when on holiday as the spray that comes out is magically chilled. It is also a lot less expensive and much milder than perfume and more convenient to carry around with you due to its light weight. And Impulse are one of the best in the business.
There are so many fragrances to choose from, each with their own attractive bottle and enticing names including Temptation, True Love, Thrill and Goddess. Not all the fragrances are too my taste but I guess that just goes to show that they have something for everyone.
The one that I have fallen deeply in love with is tantalisingly called Tease. It comes in a pale green bottle and to release the fragrance, you push down on the lid. It promises to make you feel utterly feminine and seductive by surrounding you with its captivating scent. That scent is made using a dazzling blend of zesty pineapple and exotic wood scents. There are sensual notes of vanilla and a freshness of forbidden fruits. It is a unique scent that is quite hard to describe other than it smells deliciously fruity mixed with vanilla. I have never smelt anything like it.
It is a popular long lasting fragrance and I haven't met anyone who doesn't like the scent. It is one of those scents that if you try to spray it inconspicuously, then there will appear a tidal wave of people from around you, asking the name of it and saying that it's amazing. It really is a tempting and intoxicating aroma and I think the name Tease suits it down to the ground.
While the tempting fruits and yummy undertones are appealing to me, the claims that the addictive scent will reel the guys in making them want more is a bit far fetched. But then maybe a fragrance can only do so much for me! It certainly gets you compliments though and the transparent freshness and the subtle yet creamy undertones will make you feel and smell great.
I can't praise this product enough. A great refreshing fragrance at a tiny price.
Impulse was originally launched in South Africa in 1972, and was launched in the UK by Elida Gibbs in 1979. The impulse range over the years has come out with many different kinds of scents including Tease, Temptation, and Romantic Spark. Now you may have noticed from the impulse range all their scent names are something to do with love and romance. They did make out in adverts that virtually with this scent on men will find you quite irresistible. In my opinion anyway I always find this rubbish. Men are not attracted to a smell they are attracted to a person loll.
In 2009 the whole Impulse range underwent a packaging re-vamp to give the brand a more contemporary and modern feel. The impulse range is well known for the butterfly trademark on the bottle. The lids are pretty easy to unlock as long as you know how to. You have no messing about taking the lid off and putting it back on again. You simply twist the lid spray then twist it back closed again.
This deodorant works more like a deodorant, you don't just spray it under your arms you can also spray it on your clothes to make them smell nice and fresh also. The good thing I like about this deodorant is that it leaves no white marks on clothes as some do.
The smell of impulse tease is a floral fragrance, with the smell of forbidden fruits and subtle, vanilla musk. The smell is pretty sweet, but not too over powering. It also lasts for quite a while, so no need to keep reapplying, although I do carry this around with me in my handbag just incase I do need to reapply, but most of the time its unnecessary.
The price of impulse usually retails at around £1.99p. Now call me tight but I don't actually like paying this much for deodorant, I do think it is slightly overpriced, due to this I do only buy this when it is on special offer. A lot of times in Morrisons, they have it on special offer at either £1 per bottle or on buy on get one free. I do usually stock up on this when I see it, and get enough supply to last me a while loll.
I would definitely recommend buying this product, as the smell is great. Even though impulse has many different scents each has its own distinct smell. I do always test out the scents of them first though to make sure I like it. So I would also say when you go into a supermarket pick up a bottle that is at the back of the shelf to purchase, to ensure you get a full bottle. This scent may not be for everyone but I myself like it, but I am sure in the vast range of scents you would find one that you will really like.
Thanks for reading and rating xx i have also posted this on ciao under kineticspade x
I love Impulse body sprays as they're a nice cheap way to freshen up and keep yourself smelling nice. It's great for anyone who can't afford expensive perfumes, or just for when you want to keep yourself smelling fresh but don't want to carry round a perfume bottle which could be easily damaged. You can pick up a can of Impulse for around £1 - £2 depending on where you get it from.
Like all of the Impulse body sprays do these days Tease comes in a 75ml can which is a nice size for carrying around in a bag for quick top-ups. They also have a handy lock on the top of the can which you just twist to open or close so there's no chance of it spraying itself in your bag, so long as you remember to close it of course.
This scent is a blend of pineapple and exotic wood scents. When I first spray it it does just smell of chemicals, but this soon dies down to the very fresh, zesty scent of the pineapple which I love. I can't really notice any wood scents at all but that's not a bad thing as far as I'm concerned as the scent I do get is just fresh, vibrant and lovely.
Like all body sprays the scent does need topping up every couple of hours in order to remain noticeable, they just don't have the lasting power of expensive perfumes, but that's to be expected. Also the scents not overpowering no matter how much of it I spray, so I'm not choking everyone in the vicinity when I wear it.
This is now definitely one of my favourite Impulse scents.
