I tend to stick to the same brands of deodorant, but every now and again if I feel one isn't working as well as it used to I do try something new just for a bit of a change. My mother has been using Mitchum deodorants for years and swears by it so I thought I would give it a go. I tend to use spray deodorants, but the Mitchum roll on was on offer so I decided to purchase this one. As with most brands, there are a few products in the range to choose from but I went for their unfragranced one just because it happened to be the first one I saw. For a 100ml bottle you will generally pay around £2.89 which is actually quite expensive in comparison to ... Read the complete review

Deodorant is a very important part of my toiletry bag and one of the most (if not the most) important part of my daily bathroom routine. I usually have couple at home, in my handbag and at work to ensure a sweat-free day all day long. I don't usually mind what form it comes in - I use all spray, roll on, gel or stick. A while ago I came accross Mitchum roll-on deodorant, which came with two features that made me buy it straight away - it should give 48 hours protection and there is an unfragranced version, that allow me to use my favourite perfume in addition do the antiperspirant. Happy with the purchase? Well...let's see: --- Packaging --- Mitchum comes ... Read the complete review

I used to buy whatever was on offer as far as deodorants went. That was until I discovered Mitchum and now I would never consider using anything else! Mitchum is advertised as being so effective that you can even skip a day and it will still be effective. I have never actually put this claim to the test but it certainly is the best deodorant I have ever tried! Mitchum deodorant comes in several different fragrances including shower fresh, powder fresh and unperfumed. It is available either as a roll on, spray on solid stick. I always buy the unperfumed roll on variety as I don't like to smell of deodorant. All varieties come in a dark green container that ... Read the complete review

This is another anti perspirant that I tried recently. I had not had a huge amount of success with Sure or Right Guard, so I was searching for something to stop those annoying damp patches under the armpits. I am not sure whether it's nervous sweating or just hot flushes, but recently my anti perspirants have not been serving me that well. I had heard about Mitchum a few years ago, a friend used to use it and swore by it. The name sounds very manly doesn't it. Calls to mind the actor Robert Mitchum or Mitch from Baywatch, so the branding is spot on. I picked mine up from a leading supermarket, though Mitchum was not that well stocked, compared to other ... When it comes to using an Anti-perspirant deodorant, I personally prefer using one that is a roll-on design rather than a spray, mainly due to the problem of white staining left behind after application from many (though not all) spray anti-perspirants. To be fair though, I have on occasion had a problem with staining when using a roll-on too, although I find it is much more commonplace with a spray. That said, the one big advantage that I find a spray has over a roll-on is that it is dry immediately. No need to flap my arms about wildly doing a one-woman chicken type dance routine is a huge benefit for me. The mitchum '48hour ... Read the complete review
