      A lovely refreshing body spray

I'm a fan of the Charlie sprays as all of the one's that I have used smell lovely. I saw this one in Boots on offer for £1.00 for a 75ml bottle and thought I'd give it a try. It doesn't say New on the bottle but I've not seen this one before.

The packaging is nice, a slimline bottle with a girls floral design on it and a contrasting greeny/blue colour. The lid just pulls off and then it's a basic spray.

This Charlie smells lovely! It's a really sweet, summery fragrance. According to the bottle, it's a blend of sprakling citurs and sweet apple.

The only problem I find with any of the Charlie body sprays is that they don't really cover the smell of sweat or prevent you from sweating, although they're not actually an anti-perspirent so I don't really mind. I tend to use the Charlie sprays after I've used an anti-perspirent deodorant on sweat prone areas, then give a general spritz onto my clothes.

There's a good variety of different smelling sprays in the Charlie range, but I think this is one of my favourites as I love how sweet it smells. The only problem I find is that they don't last me five minutes as I spray them very generously onto my body and clothing (and probably allover my bedroom too!).

These bottles are a handy small size and are lightweight so they're useful to carry in your bag to top up your smell throughout the day too.

I'd definitely recommend this spray, although I wouldn't pay the full price of £1.99, wait till they're on offer for £1!

Not the best Charlie fragrance in the range!

The other week I was in Boots and spotted this body spray. Being rather a fan of them as a rule and particularly liking Revlon Charlie as a brand I couldn't resist popping it into my already overflowing basket to try out as I liked the look of the can so much lol.

      The Packaging:

75ml light green can with white flowers all over it and a lid that covers an integrated push button sprayer to the top of it. On the front of the can I am told that it is Charlie 'Spirit' and that it is made by Revlon and that it is a perfumed body fragrance. On the back of the can other information listed includes being told a bit about the product and directions for use are given as are ingredients listed and the size being stated and contact details for Revlon are given and alot of information is given in foreign languages too. Lovely looking can as I stated earlier which is the reason I purchased it in the first place and it is informative enough etc.

A Bit About The Product According To The Information Listed On The Back Of The can:

Set yourself free with Charlie Spirit. A vivacious blend of sparkling citrus and sweet apple.

      The Charlie Collection:

A fragrance to suit every mood giving you the confidence to do your thing.

      Using It:

All you do to use this is to spray it at arm lengths on yourself and it sprays out a bit wet but not drippy or anything like that and it drys almost instantly and on touch with the skin.

At first it really is highly fragranced and to me smells like a cheap toilet cleaner to be honest with a weird and overly sweet citrus smell. However once it settles which takes a couple of minutes to do so it really does smell very fresh and clean indeed keeping very much it's citrus tone but that lessens and you can smell fresh and not too sweet apples as well and to me although not listed within the fragrance, a slight floral aroma too.

Once on the skin the fragrance stays put for a good few hours keeping me feeling as fresh as a daisy and although when first sprayed I'm not keen on it, it does calm down rather alot and become a well rounded and none harsh and/or intrusive fragrance!

I paid £1.99 for my can of this product though this is more often than not on offer in places and I purchased my can in Boots though it is available in all good chemists and supermarkets.
