I love So…. Body spray. I but a few bottles of these at a time and though it is described on here at Dooyoo as a deodorant, it’s really not – it is more of a perfumed body spray – not the same thing at all.
These cost only 89p from Home Bargains and they are always in stock. They are a really handy size and don’t take up very much room in my handbag. I have also tried the other smells but this one is definitely the best of the bunch by far.
The tin is red and small and slim and comes with a black cap which snaps on and off easily. I spray this not only on my body but I love to spray I in my hair and over the top of my clothes during the day – just to freshen me up and make me smell nice.
I always get the “oh what’s that lovely smell” comment, whenever I have sprayed it.
The only downside to this body spray is that it does not last two minutes. Once the initial puff of smell has been sprayed it just disappears and it I no longer there. This is a real shame because the smell is wonderful, it really is. They also make a perfume in the same smell and I have been considering whether I should buy some of this just to make the smell linger a little bit longer.
It is great just to be used as a freshen up if the day is long and sticky.
Really nice smell.
I remember first using So! Body spray when i was in early high school and thinking i was the bees knees!! Most of my friends were into other sprays like exclamation or charlie so i quite liked wearing something a bit different.
So! comes in two different size cans, either a 50ml can or a 75ml and the bottle is bright red with a black lid which is striking and instantly noticeable on the shelf. The spray comes out as a fine mist but initially the first time you use it it can come out very fast!!
I would say this body spray has quite a strong scent initially when you spray it on however it does fade quite fast so isn't too overpowering and i would describe the smell as quite sweet but definately not in a sickly way. As much as i love the smell of this body spray, unfortunately it really doesn't last which is a real shame, and i have found that i have to reapply at least once if not twice in the day. The small can of So! is just a pound at the moment and is quite often on offer for three for £2.
Along with the body spray there is a perfume which is on sale at Asda (the only place i have recently seen it) for £4.99 - it comes in a funky little cube bottle and lasts much better than the body spray in my opinion. If i haven't any of the perfume then i normally spray the body spray on the usual perfume points to try and prolong the smell.
There are other scents in the So! range - So Kiss Me, So Sinful, So Superstar and So Desireable. I have smelt a couple of these but i don't think any of them are as nice as the original.
I like So! as its cheap, smells nice and is good just for the day at work rather than using expensive perfumes and sprays and i think for a pound for such a nice fragrance you can't go wrong! As i say, the only downfall is that it doesn't last long enough for me so i end up going through the cans faster than i would like!
I am giving 3 stars because as much as i like the smell it doesn't last long enough for my liking!
I have been using So....? for many years, i think i was about 12 when i first started using the body spray. I have since descovered the perfume and they have now introduced other types of the So...? brand.
I am like alot of people, very particualar about the type of perfume / body spray i use. I am still yet to find a smell that i like and that sits well with my normal body odour. I have only been able to find one and that is So...? original body spray and perfume.
The body spray cost £1.99 from a variety of stores, i usually buy mine in superdrug as i can also purchase the perfume there too. The perfume cost £5.99.
The packaging is a 75ml tin spray can, that is a bright red in colour with black writing on and a black lid. The name So...? is writin in gold in the middle of the can. On the back of the can is a list of ingredients including the fragrences used, which are - tangerine, orange blossom, vanilla and sandlewood. It states that it is a pressurised container and that it should not be exposed to temperatures of 50*C or more, and should be kept away from direct sunlight, naked flames and children. this is also stated in other languages on the tin, including spanish, french, german and another language which i think is italian. At the bottom of the can it has the typical warning symbals that are on any spray can. It also gives you there london address and web site, which is www.sofragrance.com.
The fragerence itself is very plesant and not over the top. It is rather stong when first applied but wears off very quickly leaving a undertone of fragrance for the rest of the day. I use this product everyday and use the perfume when i go out in the evening (which is made up of the same fragrences but is a bit stonger) as it gives you that extra lift.
I love So...? and would recommened it to any one who has yet to find a fragrence of a more popular brand. Also for teenagers this is a great and unexpensive body spray to use.
I do like a good body spray. Anyone who reads any of my reviews, by now will know this! I like them as an all over body spray when I'm just staying in or in the summer as a perfume as well. As it's winter now I simply wear them as meant and that's a body spray along with my deodorant and perfume and stuff for a lasting (hopefully) fresh fragrance! If I don't use one I feel like I've forgotten something and personally I think I may be a bit addicted to be truthful lol Good job we can pick them up cheap and I got this the other day in Boots for 99p (usual price about £1.99) but do keep eyes open as it's stocked in many stores and usually on offer!
75ml, metallic red in colour, recyclable aluminium spray can. The push button aerosol sprayer is black plastic and has a matching lid that covers it. On the front of the can in gold writing I'm told it's So...? and on the bottom of the can in small black writing I'm told it's Body Fragrance (Parfum Pour Le Corps) and the size is stated (as I've listed already). Again in black writing and on the back of the the can I'm told it's a 'Fragrance With Attitude', then I'm given a list of ingredients, warnings are given, there's loads of writing in a foreign language (I don't understand), the recycle and aluminum symbols are given, contact details for So...? are given and finally there is bar-code on there. All in all this is nice sophisticated looking packaging and there is the matching perfume you can buy that is also this particular smell too!
My Experience Of Using It....
Well using it is very simple indeed. Spray on the body where you want to and away you go. Sprayed at arms length it sprays out, even and like a fine mist and it isn't wet and doesn't put residue of any type on to the skin and isn't sticky or heavy. It really is a spray and go product.
The fragrance is quite heavy but still remains soft so it's a bit hard to describe really lol I guess I'm trying to say it isn't harsh or abrasive but still rather strong in a sophisticated, womanly way.
The fragrance itself is an intense mix of tangerine and orange blossom with rich vanilla, sandalwood & patchouli. To my nostrils it smells of sandalwood and vanilla really blended together well with the other ingredients softening that scent alot and giving it a real sweetness. It's very rich in smell and not zesty or with any real top notes to it it's just incredibly warm and spicy and like I say sophisticated.
I have used alot of So...? body sprays and this to me is the longest lasting one I've used from within the range. Once applied I can apply it in the morning and it'll still smell as strong and fresh at the night time but of course if you desire you can of course reapply it whenever you choose to.
A very nice body spray suited to any woman of any age. It's a long lasting body spray and just has a really nice smell that really does keep you feeling fresh! Love it!
