I've used this body spray on and off since my late teens and love it as much now as I did then!
To be honest I like most of the so..? collection. I think so...?sinful was one of my faves but I prefer to review products I still have in the house as it helps to go back to them and resmell them for an accurate review!
The body spray I have is a 75ml aeresol. It has a white and pink design with lipstick marks on it. Its topped with a red lid. The back has the ingredients, cautions and company contact details clearly printed on it. The scent is made up of blackcurrant, pineapple, citron, vanilla and musks. When smelling this the first word that comes to mind is "sweet". Its not one you want to overdo as it would be quite overpowering. I find a quick spray over my clothes does the job. I have walked past someone who had heavily applied it before and it kind of burnt my nostrils with sweetness! For a more subtle hint of it you could just spray it in the air and walk into it!
You can also get the scent in an eau de toilette which smells just the same really!
Price wise it wont break the bank Its usually £1.60 at tesco (although its on offer for just £1 at the moment) and it lasts pretty long as a little does go a long way.
It's definitly a noticeable scent, my boyfriend has complimented me on quite a few times.
I used to use So...? Fragrances quite a lot, but then turned to Charlie Red as my signature scent. So Kiss Me is still up there as one of my favourite body sprays, with a recognisable fragrance that's both sweet and flirty.
The So... range has been going for a while now and includes a few other scents, including So Sinful and So Superstar, so you can mix and match them with your preference, personality and mood. Kiss Me is a blend of 'fresh blackcurrant, pineapple and citron', following by notes of 'sweet vanilla and a floral heart rounded by musks and wood'. Yes, this is as sweet as it sounds!
Kiss Me comes in a 75ml aerosol with a white and pink design, featuring lipstick kisses and a pinky-red lid. It's also available as an eau de toilette and gift set, but I tend to opt for the body spray to give me a light, all-over fragrance boost. The spray is sleek and slender enough to pop in your bag, and the push-down release is easy to use to get just the right amount out you want. It depends on personal preference as to how you use it, but I tend to spray a light mist over my clothes. This gives a good hint of the scent all over, and if I want something a little less noticeable, I'll spray some in front of me and walk through it.
I find the scent to be very sweet, though not sickly so unless you go a little overboard with it. It has a very flirty and feminine appeal that's instantly recognisable and noticeable, and I've had positive comments when I've worn it in the past. The fragrance lasts for a while, though to get the full benefit, topping up during the day is best. I'd still say this has a more poignant and prominent scent than many body sprays and lasts a while longer, making this a great choice for when you want someone to notice it.
I'm not very good at picking out specific tones from a fragrance, but I can tell this is a bit fruity, a bit vanillary and a tad floral, which all blends well together. As for what occasion this is suitable for, I'd say any; I like wearing this both during the day and evening, but as I've said, it's good for a flirty mood or when you want someone to really notice it.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a beautiful, sweet scent that will make you stand out from the crowd for all the right reasons.
Sells for around £1.99 (Superdrug)
So... Kiss me? Not quite an offer (depends who the reader is) but the body spray I will be reviewing. I recently purchased this after reading a review here. I used to wear this fragrance all the time when I was a teenager and the first smell after all those years instantly brought me back to that time. This fragrance is one of quite a few in the line of So...? fragrances. This is the only one, however, that I have worn again and again.
The body spray comes in a 75ml aluminum aerosol can at the price of £1.99. The size means that you can easily fit it into your handbag to carry around during the day. Unfortunately you may find that you need to do this; I found that the fragrance didn't not last long and was definitely gone by the time I had come home from a day out, which was ashame. The scent lasts around a couple of hours, decreasing in intensity as time goes. You can also buy a perfume in this range which I assume lasts a little longer, but I have not worn it in quite a few years now so cannot comment.
The scent of the So... Kiss me? range is quite sweet but not sickly; it is a nice smell. It has top notes of blackcurrent, pineapple and citron. Middle notes of vanilla and floral and bottom notes of musks and woods. This all combines into one flirtatious scent; as the name would suggest. It smells just as good as I remember it those years ago when I wore this everyday. It is a scent that can be worn at any time as its not too heavy and is quite fresh as well.
Use this spray like any other body spray. You can spray over your whole body and add a little extra to pulse points for a more lasting effect. The spray leaves no trace (other than smell) and you are not left with any wet or sticky stains.
Overall, I would recommend this body spray. It has a lovely, feminine scent. While I may have loved this as a teenager, it still suits me as someone in their 20's. Plus, at the very generous price of £1.99 it is a bargain really!
So...? Kiss me body spray is one of my favourite body sprays along with the Charlie collection. A body spray is a great way to smell great on the go without carrying around a bottle of perfume.
The canister that contains the spray is white with pink and red lips repeated all over the bottle. It has a red plastic lid and a quick item description. The can is very girly and trendy and although it isn't compact I still find that it fits easily into my bag.
Fragrance-wise it is highly perfumed but not overwhelming. It is again very girly and floral but also fresh and light. A big advantage to the So...? Kiss me sprays is that they do stay on throughout the day and you can still smell the sweet fragrance hours after applying it.
Inside the can is 75ml of spray and this is retailed at £1.00 on special offer from Sainsburys which is valid until the 16th August 2011 this is the cheapest I have ever found the product so I will be sure to stock up as I usually pay around £2 for this spray. I do wear it most days and I love the scent. It is a handy product to have in your bag and as I said, great packaging.
In this range there is also:
I am yet to try the other titles available in this range but judging from the most popular scent, the So...kiss me? Body spray I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the other ones to try out.
The body sprays are readily available from Superdrug and Boots and other drug stores such as Bodycare and the spray is probably also available online, too!
This has got to be one of my favorite so..? body sprays. I was first given this body spray as part of a pack of five for my birthday a couple of years ago. I looked at it and thought 'maybe I'll get a kiss with this?'
The bottle is very well presented as it doesn't have too much color clashing together, and it the colors are set around romance, white, pastel pink and red, and it is also a very good handbag size whether you buy a 50 ml bottle or a 75 ml bottle.
The smell is very sweet and as I said before one of the nicest, and it is not too weak. not too strong and this is the only so...? body spray that does not need re-applying every now and then. So if you were to choose a so...? body spray I would recommend this one. But you may get a kiss or you may not I haven't had any luck with a kiss yet sadly except ones when I was with my ex and i was wearing this body spray.
This bottle is sold in all Savers, Supedrug, Boots and various supermarkets approx one pound thirty nine - this is in all stores. However like other so....? products it is usually on offer for a pound and you can find this offer in Savers and various Supermarkets.
Overall, if I was to have one so....? body spray that I could have forever this would be the one I would choose cause it is great handbag size, it smells nice and it is long lasting.
SO...? Kiss me
Today I thought I would write a review on something I use everyday but haven't yet reviewed.
That is, my favourite body spray. SO...? Kiss me. Fragrance with attitude ;)
SO... what is it?
This bodyspray comes in a tall bottle, I'd say about just under 20cm tall, and an inch round. The background on the bottle is white, and there is a picture of pink lipstick marks on there as well as the name of the body spray; SO...? Kiss me. The lid is pink and the whole bottle design is very girly and pretty. I quite like it. The bottle contains 75mlE. How long this bottle lasts depends on how much of it you use. I always spray loads on, so for me it doesn't last that long. I use it everyday before I go out anywhere, to keep me smelling fresh, gorgeous and [cringe] Kissable!
SO... How does it smell?
The smell of this bodyspray is really fresh. I have sprayed some onto my hand and am sniffing it now as I'm writing this. Smell too close and it gets right up your nose when you first spray it on. After a couple of minutes the spray has toned down a bit and the strongness has gone. Now it smells sweet and cute, sort of. I really like it.
This fragrance is nice because it isn't too strong. Even though it isn't too strong, though, it does last quite a while and you can still smell it is there lightly.
I've tried loads of different body sprays and perfumes and this has one of my favourite smells out of all of them.
You can smell the alcohol in this, a little bit but not too much. Overall it smells fresh and quite unique. If you want to try this try a tester one next time you're out shopping.
COMPARED TO OTHER PERFUMES/BODYSPRAYS
I think smells a little bit like a weaker, nicer version of Soft Musk perfume from Avon, except it is a lot weaker and I think it smells a ton nicer.
SO... Where can you get this from?
You can get this bodyspray at all good supermarkets, I've seen it in Tesco, Sainsburys etc. You can get it from Boots, Superdrug, Body Care, Savers and Wilkinsons. Whenever I see it on sale it's always really cheap, probably the average price for a body spray which is it's usually about 99p. Don't let anywhere rip you off by paying more than two pound for it, as I know that you'll definitely find it cheaper somewhere else. I love that it's so cheap - when anything is a bargain it just makes it seem all the more worth buying.
Overall I would and will recommend this body spray. The only disadvantage to me is that it runs out too quickly - only lasts me about three weeks or a month at the most.
A kissable bodyspray
What is it?
Quite a few different versions of the bodysprays of "So..?" are available. My favourite is the "Kiss me" variation. It is made to be sprayed on generously to refresh or after sport - for some people a nice alternative for a perfume because it is cheaper but at the same time light enough to spray it all over yourself without smelling like a whole fragrance shop!
Why did I buy it?
When I was living in London and doing my shopping, I always wanted to buy things that are not available in Germany - I was happy to try out new things! So when I was scanning the body sprays, I skipped Impulse, Palmolive and lots of other brands because I already knew them from home.
I immediately noticed the pretty So..? bottles. There were three variations at that time and they were on offer, so I tried out the Kiss Me one and the Sensual one. I loved both and especially liked the slim bottle that fits into pretty much every bag for school or sports.
The bottle measures 17,5cm with the cap on. The cap is cherry red and bottle is mainly white. "So..?" is written in pale pink in the background, and there are bright red lipstick straces. In black letteres that seem almost handwritten, it says "So..? Kiss me" and then there is small black printed writing saying "body fragrance, parfum pur le corps - 75ml e Net Wt 48g 2.5fl.oz.". That was pretty much the front of the bottle - a nice design that will catch your eye in the shelf!
The back of the bottle has quite a lot of small, black writing on it. The headline is "Fragrance with Attitude", which seems to be the trademark slogan.
The ingredients are listed, as well as advice on storage and usage.
There's also the logo that tells us that the bottle is extremely flammable, made of alu, is recycable and we see the tiny logo of "So..?", a group of the silhouettes of skinny party girls.
The bottle says that the products are available in London, New York and Geneva and that the address is London, Sw1H OBL, England. The fragrance was made in the U.K. but fabricated in Royaume-Uni.
More can be found out on www.sofragrance.com
The information is provided in English, French and German, which I found rather strange because the product is not available here - I do hope they plan to expand!
The scent is fresh and sweet. The bottle doesn't give away any information on what it should smell like, and I find it hard to define it, but it is a very pleasant smell.
I think I smell some honey and maybe some fruit and flower variation. It smells slightly sporty but most of all feminine. The smell of alcohol does come through, as it it usually is with deodorant, but it is quite subtle. However, there will be a slight burning sensation if you spray it under your arms just after shaving - but I advise you to never do that with bodysprays or perfumes anyway - it hurts quite bad. ;)
All in all, I'd describe the scent as sweet but fresh!
Alcohol denat. , Butane, isobutane, Propane, Aqua, Parfum, Propylene Glycol, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexane Carboxaldehyde, Citronellol, Hexyl cinnamal, Limonene.
Advice on the bottle
Presurised container: Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or burn even after use. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material. Keep away from sources of ignition - no smoking. Keep out of the reach of young children. Use only as directed.
Where to buy it?
You can find it at Boots and Superdrug. I always buy it there but I think I have seen it at supermarket, too.
The price is about 1,50 at both stores.
At a cheap price, this is good value. Whenever I go to a chain drugstore, I find 2for1 offers, so the price value often gets even better. The smell is lovely, the spray is refreshing and the bottle has the perfect size for taking it along wherever you go.
It lasts quite a while as well - I use it daily, sometimes several times day and one can lasts a good month or even two.
However, it does contain quite a lot alcohol since it is listed as first ingredient and can be smelled.
If you don't have oversensitive skin, I recommend it, but for the alcohol I take a star off.
Still, an awesome body spray! 4 Stars.
really like the smell of this body spray i used to wear impulse all the time untill this came out it has its own unique smell which i love. its relatively cheap to buy costs just over one pound and in my opinion is really good value for money. the spray lasts quite a while which is also a good thing. definately the best spray out of the so range. the smell doesnt wear off really quickly either long lasting unlike some sprays on the market. you can buy the spray in a giftset which is a really good present for a girl. the spray aerosol can is really eye catching. its a white can with black writing which instantly makes the product stand out. then it has a several red kiss marks on the can you can definately spot it in a shop. the main reason why i tried this spray was because it stood out on the shelves and im so glad i did its real value for money
I adore So...? products and own (I'm pretty sure) all of the ones on offer from within the range now lol. I adore the range from the smells to the prices of the products and although I own plenty of designer fragrances and stuff I pretty much opt to use them above them all when I'm going on a big night out lol
My favourite is the So...? Sinful fragrance (pure heaven) but because of my love of those products when I topped up and repurchased everything from within that line I move on and one product I chose was this one (yep I purchased the perfume too I couldn't resist being the shopaholic I am lol).
Usual price of this is £1.99 though do look for it on offer as this one cost me 99p in Boots (can be found in loads of other places too). I own the matching perfume in this as well of course!
75ml white all over with dashes of red on it too, aluminium aerosol can with see through plastic red lid that simply pushes on and off and covers an integrated white button that you simply and comfortably press down on to release the spray. On the front in light pink are the words So...? and written over the top of that two pictures of red lips and in black writing I'm told it is So....? 'Kiss Me' and at the bottom of the can I'm told it is Body Fragrance (Parfum Pour Le Corps) and the size is stated as I've listed for you already. On the back once again in black writing I'm told it's a 'Fragrance With Attitude', ingredients are listed, warnings are given (nothing serious), loads of information is on there in different languages (I don't understand to be honest lol), the aluminum, flammable and recycle symbol are there along with contact details for So...? and finally there is a bar-code. A nice enough can but probably most appealing to young people...sadly but don't be put off lol!
Fun, flirty and incredibly girly and sweet. The fragrance is a lovely well blended mixture of 'blueberries, pineapple and citron before revealing layers of kissably sweet vanilla with a floral heart rounded by musks and natural woods'. To me yes I can smell the lovely warm vanilla with the pineapple and over the top of that the musk and blueberries with the zing of the citron. Although girly it is very feminine and sexy leaning toward sophisticated almost, it's quite odd lol.
To use it you simply spray away on a clean body anywhere you want (to be kissed pardon the pun lol). So if you want to use this as an all over body fragrance hitting your pulse points en route (particularly good for warm summer evenings and in bed... in my experience lol) go ahead or use simply as a body spray. It gently and evenly sprays out a fine cool mist that isn't wet, sticky or heavy at all. in fact once it's on that's that and expect about a days worth of fragrance as it also fragrances clothes (though it oes wash out of course and leave no residue anywhere, it really is that straightforward to use).
For me I think of this one as really fun and a really nice feel good fragrance. I like the concoction of fruit with the vanilla making this really interesting and unusual. I like the fact I can spray and go and the freshness it gives to my body and the fragrance is scrummy.
For me the So...? body fragrances are the best on the market and hats above the rest in choice of fragrances and length of time they real last on the skin! This is really worth a go ladies as it really is an up-lifter without being too sweet and too young! Get off ya rump and treat ya self I say lol
