I recently came about to using this product as it was part of a Ted Baker gift set that was given to me Christmas 2008. (Yes I know I'm late in using this product, but now I am I'm reviewing it also).


*** Packaging

The bottle is very elegant and lady like, and would look great on display I think. The bottle is 150ml, it comes in a pale pink, dusty rose color, with a very deep plum, almost black spray pump lid and cap. All the wording and imformation regarding the product is displayed on a sticker around the bottle; which is good if you want to reuse the bottle and peel of the labelling. The background image to the sticky label is a pattern of a variety of girly objects, such as hairdyers, books, baths, lipsticks ect, it adds to the detail when you take the time out to look at the pictures. Finally another nice detailed feature is that the bottle on the top has slightly embossed wording of 'Ted Baker' going around, so even if you change the sticky label you can still see the bottle was always originally from this brand.


*** Scent & Staying Power

Ok so this is bodyspray and to me doesn't particuarly last that long. This just may be my perception of it as I am used to very strong perfumes such as "Britney Spears, fantasey, and Calvin Kelin Eupthoria" so maybe I am just use to very distinctive scents. I personally feel as though the smell you intially get is very much like a very strong chemically type of smell. When this has settled you can then smell the Ted Baker fragrance which is quite feminine and sweet, however I personally think It's not something that other people would be able to notice on youl. I could only smell the fragrance on me when I had my hand actually on my face so my nose was able to detect the scent.


*** The Claims

"Wear with pride, treat with care. Let Ted transport you to heaven on a cloud of Jasmine, Rose, Pear and Apple. Heavenly fragranced body spray has a joyful, floriental perfume, perfectly balanced with bright fruit notes, resting on a wood and amber base."


*** Overall Opinion

I love the packaging design and bottle, the final settled smell is nice and sweet, yet not very strong, or lasting, this is the downfall for me. This product is currently on sale in Boots for £3.30, however this is normally priced at £4.95. I deffinatly wouldn't purchase this product at this price, and even though I love sales, I wouldn't purchase it at a sale price either unfortunatly.
