      Disadvantages

      A great 59p bargain!

I love to shop and one of my biggest faults is I was will browse around shops just for the sake of it... even Tesco's lol. However even though I always spend money when I'm meant to be 'just looking' it means because I'm just browsing that I look at stuff just for the sake of it really and I have time on my hands to do so. Which means I investigate and peruse stuff and this is why I ended up with this body spray. At 59p (only in Tesco) I decided it had to be worth a go.

Up until recently I hadn't even spotted that Tesco sold their own body sprays so when I was in store I always picked a brand name such as Impulse or Charlie. Lately however I have been buying my usual choices and a couple as back up after almost having a paddy when I ran out unexpectedly a couple of weeks back. So now I have cans everywhere so it will never happen to me again!

I admit to being a fragrance addict. I own lots of smellies and it's my main purchase in life. I love to smell nice and well when I feel I'm lovely and fragranced I'm at my happiest and my best. At this price I figured I may be able to feed my addiction for cheaper lol

      The Packaging....

Light pink, aluminium, recyclable can with integrated push button, white, shimmery plastic aerosol sprayer. Light pink matching cap fits over the top neatly and securely. On the front of the can in dark pink writing I'm told it's Tesco, 'Embrace' Body Spray and there's some darker pink pictures of feathers all over the tin. On the back in small black writing I'm once again told it's a Tesco product, a bit about the product, how to use it, cautions, contact details for Tesco are given, ingredients are listed, size is stated (75ml), the recycle symbol is displayed and finally there is a bar-code on there. It's nice enough packaging and although it looks like a stores own product type of thing it still looks ok and supplies all the information you could possibly need on it and it is simple to use.

A Bit About The Product (According To The Back Of The Can).....

A warm exotic fragrance with florals, woods and gourmand notes - a fragrance to wear when you dare! Spray all over the body for lasting freshness.

      Directions For Use....

Shake can well. Hold can 15-20cm from body and spray.

      My Experience....

Well this one is really great if used correctly! I of course use it as a body spray with my deodorant and perfume or I can use this as an all over body fragrance if I desire. Now with most body sprays I don't read the directions for use that are written on the can and I use it my own way with no diverse effects....usually. With this one Tesco advise you to hold it 15-20cm from the body and spray it and they do this for a reason. Spray it too up close and personal it feels really wet but worse than that...it gives a minor skin irritation in the form of itching like hell! The only way to remedy this is by rinsing it off but I used it today and without thinking sprayed a bit too close to the backs of my knees. I had no change of colour or spots or anything like that but I soon went red through me scratching away at myself for England but it's simple. Don't do that and you won't have a problem! lol Like I say though it does wash off simply.

So I spray onto a clean body after bathing or showering and can also 'top up' the fragrance up if desired.

The smell of this is rather nice and grown up really. It's just quite sophisticated really for a body spray. Basically it smells of flowers. Not heavily fragranced flowers but light and airy one's and the fragrance is so well blended and smooth it really doesn't smell one bit cheap and cheerful, it smells lovely. It has a sweetness that doesn't give it heaviness and the woods smell that Tesco mentions is a very slight hint of and grounds the fragrance a little giving it a richness.

When you spray it on it smells harsh for about 30 seconds and calms down to the smell that you continue to have on your body for about an hour. Then after that you start losing the smell a little though after 4 hours your can still smell it delicately on the skin so although it loses alot of the fragrance it doesn't completely disappear and this keeps you feeling fresh and clean and of course as I stated earlier you can of course top it up if you want to.

It's an incredibly fuss free product. I like the integrated sprayer that at a push gently dispenses the spray always as you direct it and it's a mist rather than a cold, wet shower when sprayed. It's none sticky, leaves no residue and smells really pretty without being really delicate. It mixes well with other fragrances i.e perfume and stuff and really it's just a nice little product and worth the money!

      Only available in Tesco stores.
