I have always been a bit dubious of random body spritzers, I was never really sure what they set out to achieve. I always thought, they weren't quite strong enough to be perfumes themselves, or served the purpose of deoderants, so what exactly did they do?! One spray of this and I know exactly what I'm going to do today. The Body Shop's Aromatherapy Bergamot Spritzer is a seriously uplifting experience. The Scent of Bergamot has been used as a mood enhancer for a few years at least and for me, it works a treat. It may be something to do with the association of lemons and limes coming from tropical climates - or maybe just a reminder of a great cocktail on a good night out, I'm not sure - but any which way you look at it this smells lovely. I've been meaning to suggest this product for *ages*, it's an essential part of my summer toiletries kit! I originally got mine free of charge from a voucher in a women's mag, but will definitely buy my next one. At £8.99 it isn't cheap, although I believe the price may have dropped recently, but it's well worth it and lasts for ages. The scent is based around bergamot essential oil, and also has strong citrussy notes. It is classed as a body spritz and is ideal for freshening up on a hot and sticky day.
