Advantages: Good value, stylish, brilliant website

Disadvantages: Shared stores (a bit bottom of the barrel admittedly but I was struggling)

Burton as an entity is a very good unit. They have a large amount of stores nationwide, a comprehensive website, and very good management (related to Topman, Topshop, Arcadia...).

The stores can often be found as a half of anothe store, most often another Arcadia store. Whilst this in itself is not a problem, it can be a bit weird walking through a Dorothy Perkins to get out. The service is as good as you'd expect, and the stores stock the whole range of sizes and styles.

Online, the store offers a seemingly never ending sale, but who am I to complain to get the same clothes cheaper? Delivery is free over £70, and returning through the post is also free. I have only complementary things to say about my experiences with the website, it's easy to use, quick delivery and good returns service. The delivery options are a bit expensive, at a straight rate of £4 for everything under £70, and about £5 for a quicker service, but they offer the occasional free delivery on everything sale.

The clothes themselves are very nice (admiteddly according to me), good quality, and, importantly, good value, and I will certainly be returning to the site soon!

Summary: Really up there with the other big clothes retailers.+
